Excellent job! I called for an estimate and the following day, Scott came out. Not only did he provide the estimate, but he explained the entire process. He gave me a sense of confidence to move forward with the project. His had a wide range of knowledge regarding all the trees in the yard. Wendy and Ruth, who worked in the office were very friendly and efficient! The crew were on time, worked hard and performed everything that was outlined on the written estimate in addition to the change I made in keeping the smaller shrubs. The work was completed in a timely manner and before they left, cleaned up my property to my satisfaction. I highly recommend B.J. Tree Service!!

We have a 2 1/2 acre lot in a subdivision which also includes a large pond. We had not taken care of the area surrounding the pond for a few years and the water level in the pond had gotten low, but due to the intensive slope of our pond, it was felt to be too dangerous for land clearing equipment to be used. We preferred not to have the roots pulled up that would cause more soil erosion and silt for the pond. An Angie's List provider referred us to Baldemar Morales, owner of BJ Tree Service in Tyler,TX. Baldemar and his team were very polite, courteous and went the extra mile for us. It was also dangerous for him to saw down some of the trees that had grown up on the slope. At least once, when we were watching, he slid down to the pond and we held our breath. They cleaned up older limbs that had fallen down into the pond. The pond and surroundings are something we could have never done ourselves and thanks to Baldemar, we can now enjoy being able to view our entire lot and are able to have more shaded area that can be accessed by our grandchildren.
