Description of Work: They did my roof.

Description of Work: We called Avco for an estimate for replacing our roof. The gentleman who answered said he would send the message to appropriate person, and he would call us right away. No call back that day or next. We call again. Gentleman said he would call the supervisor right away, and he would call right back. That was couple of weeks ago and so far no call.

Description of Work: The were fast and efficient. The job was completed in under 2 days. Nate Boomer was the project manager and was very professional and did everything he promised.

Description of Work: I called twice and was told both times someone would call me back. That has yet to happen.

Description of Work: Angie's List sent the name of AVCO Roofing Company in Tyler, Texas. At first I thought they were going to get the leak in my roof fixed-they came several times and I paid them around a $1000.00, but the roof continued to leak. Finally, they said if I would let them re-roof the house, they could fix the leak. That statement did not make me feel very confident in AVCO. The last time I called to say the leak continued, AVCO did not return my phone call. Now I am engaging a roofer that my home owners insurance company recommended. He is a local independent contractor.

Description of Work: Called AVCO Roofing over a three week period. Left 3 messages that my roof was still leaking and they never followed up, texted me back, or called to set the appointment.

Description of Work: I met the folks and we went up on the roof together of a house I've owned for 3 years. I expected to have to buy a whole new roof but they pointed out that the house had a partial roof put on within the past 8 years, so I only needed half a roof done. That saved me alot of money. They included some free gutters and we agreed. They did a great job and I'm happy and will use them again

Description of Work: I requested an estimate from them for a client of mine that was interested in buying a house that needed a roof replacement. However, the house was not purchased, so my client did not hire them. They were polite, courteous, prompt, and highly competitive on pricing. Would definately call them again.

Description of Work: Repaired roof after wind storm by replacing shingles after tree fell on roof.

Description of Work: They tore off the old shingles and replaced a few sections of plywood that were damaged, then put on new singles and new vents. Added two new vents for bath and kitchen at no added cost ( I bought vents) .
