The pool installation was fantastic; the deck was built well, is perfectly level and built fast. The pool and equipment is very good quality, the service was fast and the crews were very professional. The high quality filtration system keeps the pool water crystal clear and is very easy to maintain. The deck is huge and looks really good. We are very happy with our purchase! Two recommendations for the business: 1. Offer the customer an option to remove the dirt that was removed after digging for the pool counter-sink. We have a mound of dirt and no where to put it. Unsure of what our options were. 2. Follow up by the sales person after completion of the installation. The staff that we have communicated with have all been exceptional. The sales person (Mark) was very professional, thorough and know his business. Although we are very happy with the purchase in every way, it would have been nice to receive a follow up to answer some questions that we had.

From day one I knew this company was going to be a nightmare and I deeply regret that I didn't walk away. The salesperson continually made promises about scheduled appointments and calls that never happened. When work finally began the first comments from the crew were all about the salesman under estimating the cost and time necessary to complete the job. Although the crew was very nice and I appreciated their honesty, they basically told me that they were told to wrap it up one way or the other because they didn't have the time and they were going to lose money on the project. A week after they were supposed to finish, they were still working...showing up in the evenings and finally finishing on a weekend when I was away and couldn't verify the final work. Upon return I found the finish to be hastily and shoddily applied, missing nails and screws, loose screws had led to the skin already buckling. And, the glass in the upper window has broken out, obviously due to the frame being applied incorrectly. I also expected them to clean up the work area, but they didn't, leaving broken and whole cinder blocks scattered around the building. I paid the final balance simply to be done with them as I couldn't trust them to come back out and make the necessary repairs and I don't have the time or patience for small claims court.
