We paid $8,398.00 in total. Model Number: AUD120R9V5K Serial Number : 7173WKY1G Model Number : 4A7A6048A1000A Serial Number: 70234WD2F Model Number : 4TXCC054ASHCA Serial Number : 73043WH5G The unit is still under warranty. We bought the equipment through Moran's Refrigeration. The unit does not work properly. The thermostat did not work from day 1. We could not even read the display, and the controls were not even visible. I am disabled. I asked the thermostat to be replaced. They charged me $183.00 for replacing the non-working thermostat. I also have regular annual maintenance contract with a local company: Moran's Refrigeration. The thermostat was replaced during Moran's annual maintenance visit. American Standard is a piece of junk. They do not honor the warranty. American Standard should not have charged me $183 to replace the non-working thermostat. It should have been working from day one. If not, it should be covered under the warranty. I contacted American Standard over the phone. The gentleman who answered was rude. He went on to say that they really are not responsible.
