Allen Breedlove is an excellent Sales Representative and his manager, John Carl, both went out of their way to keep me in the market for a home they had available. The only negative about the whole experience was the gentleman they sent to my property to perform an inspection of where I would like the home to go and some issues with the home itself. If the inspector was going to continue to work with me if I purchased a home from American Home then I didn't want to continue with the purcahse and I was told that he would be involved if I did make the purchase and I decided to go elsewhere and get exactly what I wanted. No reflection on the excellent work that Allen Breedlove did for me and the outstanding care he took with going over everything to my satisfaction, by carefully answering every question I had and making sure I understood every step of the way while making the purchase to getting the home on my lot. This took several months since I work out of Chicago and live in Texas, so I am frequently away on business and he was very, very patient with me while I was making my decision. Kudos to Allen Breedlove for his patience and committment.
