Advanced Air Conditioning

Description of Work: Originally, Mr. Messer helped troubleshoot our A/C problem on 7/20/2010 and I was able to locate a part and replace before he could come to our home. I had him come anyway to check my work and ensure that the system was functioning properly. My wife was home with our newborn son while he "inspected" the unit. From the time of the original part replacement, the A/C unit has made loud noises, but Mr. Messer stated that everything was fine and working properly on 7/21/2010. We have since had to replace a breaker, contacts, and a fan motor in search of the ultimate noise problem. Today, the unit failed again. When Mr. Messer came today, he miraculously knew that the capacitor was incorrectly wired, but this was what he was asked to check on 7/21/2010. The wiring was only corrected today, 8/7/2010. We feel very lucky that this did not permanently damage our A/C unit, we think. Two service calls and many parts later we hope our family will stay cool for many hot summer days to come. My wife feels that he took advantage of the situation on 7/21/2010 and did not have an opportunity to supervise his work due to having to tend to a very hot newborn baby.
