It went OK. The estimate was done, very timely and professional. However, the actual repair was later in the day than expected. They did do what I asked. To Put the fence back up. However, they simply propped it up with T- posts on my neighbors side. Just expected more. They did tell me you could be a temporary repair. It was a Friday afternoon . So timing is short. This is a very temporary repair.

They just finished replacing the door on my wooden fence this morning and it looks great! Vincent and JC worked really hard putting it up in this Texas heat. Next process will be standing in a couple months.

Update: About 5 weeks after the wood gate & fence project was successfully completed, I called A-1 Fence to say my gate was dragging slightly. Seems like the treated wood had finally dried out in this heat wave, and it needed adjusting. They came out promptly and cheerfully fixed it! I really appreciate a company that stands behind their work like this!! Original Job: An estimate was provided, and it was reasonable. We scheduled a date. The crew arrived on time, finished the job the day promised, and cleaned up nicely before they left. The quality of the short wood fence and the gate is outstanding! Part way into the job, when it became obvious that a design change would be beneficial, we worked together cooperatively and quickly agreed on the changes needed. It turned out great! This is the second time I’ve had A-1 Fence do a fence project for me, and they provided excellent service and built a very good-looking fence both times. I highly recommend them!

14 months after the initial installation of our fence, the gate started to sag and not close properly. I contacted the company and they came and fixed it. Great service by Nikki, she understood the problem and coordinated with the crew.

This was the second time they Repaired from trees falling on the fence. Both time they did a great job.

The work was above quality. The work site was left very clean . Fast and efficient. Would highly recommend.

Kris came out and measured the area that I wanted fence..said he would email me an estimate in the next couple of days. Never did. Almost 2 weeks later I call him up and asked him about my estimate. He said" I've got a bigger job that's come in and don't have time for yours but I can still send you the estimate". Not professional! Talk about poor customer service! I guess my job is not worthy of your attention or time! My memory is long and I will make sure that everyone I know is warned.
