When unforeseen issues arose (and with older homes, there are always a few!), they adapted with flexibility and integrity, always prioritizing the best solution for us, even if it meant less profit for them. The entire crew was incredibly respectful and a pleasure to have in our home. Any contractor can be good when things go right, but the true test comes with mistakes, accidents, or miscommunications. No matter what challenge we faced, Phoenix never wavered in his commitment to excellent service and doing what was right. Fenix Electric went beyond expectations to hang a flood light camera, replace an outdoor ceiling fan, clear an issue with a gfci circuit, and install automatic light switches for three outdoor lights. His crew was courteous and professional. The work was done expeditiously. His pricing was very reasonable. I recommend Fenix Electric highly!
