T & R Roofing

My home and all the other homes around me had been through four major hailstorms throughout the years. All the homes around me had their roofs replaced except mine. Different adjusters came to inspect my home and the insurance company kept denying replacement. After the last hailstorm my neighbors had their roof replaced by T&R and highly recommend them. I credit Logan’s knowledge and professionalism for me to finally have my roof replaced. My neighbor’s roof was replaced in one day. Due to an unforeseen circumstance my roof took two days. Everything from old roof removal to cleanup and trash removal was done with my complete satisfaction. I would not hesitate to use and recommend T&R Roofing in the future.

Had to postpone roof install for several weeks due to rain. The gentleman I was working with was very nice and understanding . Finally was able to put roof on. Bill came at beginning of job with crew ( non English speaking) and then left. The crew began hauling shingles up ladder and slamming the bundles on top of trailer. The noise was so loud the noise woke up someone inside who had taken a heavy dose of sleeping medicine- due to cancer and brain aneurysm. I tried to communicate with crew, but no one understood what I was telling them. The crew finished same day, cleaned up and left. Bill was not back on site to check the work. He did not return until return several days later to pick up the insurance check. The first time it rained I noticed 3 leaks in my trailer ceiling. I called Bill; he came by checked wet ceilings in trailer and told me he did not know where this water was coming from and would send a painter out. The painter never showed nor has Bill checked roof. Nails are sticking up on roof and items were left on roof. I have played phone tag with Bill now for couple of months to NO avail. Their motto is “No job is complete until you are a referral.” I had a roof that needed replacing, but at least it was NOT leaking!!!! Now I have a bowed roof that is leaking and wet ceilings!!!! Bill’s response is I did what I was supposed to do- tear off old roof install new roof. I am a disabled woman on a fixed budget and would not refer this company to roof my dog’s house! This company has not stood behind their workmanship nor their motto. My insurance agent called the company and tried to intervene on my part. Tommy referred her back to Bill. Bill again said he was not doing anything else to my roof and blew a tongue noise into the phone. Not very professional at all!! So sorry I used this company!!!

They called me back the same day I inquired about an estimate, and was very courteous and professional on the phone. He offered a free estimate, just because of all the recent storms, he wanted to make sure the roof didn't need more than some simple glueing down of the shingles. He seemed extremely trustworthy and I really could tell he was going to be honest about his estimate, he is a licensed insurance adjustor also. We ended up canceling our appointment as the sellers of the house agreed to repair the roof themselves, but we will be sure to keep his company in mind in case anything comes up with my storms a'coming!

I turned them into Angie's List once before because they really are good. They fix problems and they were just great.

They did an excellent job. It is a high quality roof. It was really easy to handle with our insurance company. It is a family run business. I can't say enough good things about them. This is the third roof put on the house and the first one that hasn't leaked.They worked with the insurance company us, so we didn't have to deal with it.

The work crew showed up on time and did everything as had been explained. The work took a day longer than expected, due entirely to the temperature: 100 degrees plus. Neither Mr. Stapleton nor I wanted any of the crew to suffer heat exhaustion.The after-installation cleanup was amazing. After seeing my lawn covered with old shingles and fels and other debris, when the crew left it was impossible to find any trace of their having been there. Finally, both my insurance company and my mortgage company needed to have the finished roof inspected, and both inspectors commented favorably on the quality and appearance of the new roof.

Mr. Stapleton was very professional, crew was great.
