+ 0 moreMy composition shingle roof sustained damage during a recent windstorm. I have a claim open with my insurance company and I require an estimate/bid to move ahead with my claim. I contacted Randy Evers Roofing & Construction on Saturday, March 2, 2013 and asked for an estimate to replace my roof. Mr Evers called me back on the same day. He stated he will be here Sunday March 3, 2013 @ 2:00 pm to look at my roof. I re-arranged my entire day to be available for the roof inspection. At 1:45 pm (15 minutes before the appointment) Mr Evers called to let me know that "He would be close by tomorrow and will do the inspection then". I imediately called him back to let him know that this was unsatisfactory. I told him I would find another roofer. How could I expect this company to show up to complete the work if they wont show up to bid on the job? AND they cost me an entire day by waiting on someone who cancelled on me at the last possible minute. And the kicker is that the roofing business and his home is less than 10 minutes from my home.
Description of Work: **NONE** They cancelled on me 15 minutes before they were scheduled to arrive.
