Made appt for 12/13/2016 on that morning I called and I wasn't on the schedule they said they would come in the afternoon but then called back and said it would be better if they came on the 14th I agreed if they could come in the morning on the 14th no phone call so I called and they would check on ETA they called me back 50 minutes later and said they couldn't come until between 2-5 pm I then canceled as that wasn't the agreement

He knew what the problem was, but wasn't a fan of our machine and made that clear. Not the friendliest guy. :)

Technician Eric was concsientious & insightful regarding feasibility of making repairs to both machines. In the end we only repaired one & decided it would make more sense to replace the other. We will now make our purchase from Worthleys in Tomball due to Eric's recommendations.

We have used Worthley for years, both for purchasing new appliances and for appliance repairs and have always been pleased with their service. We recently had Worthley replace a 16 year old wall oven. They were prompt, friendly and professional. I checked the price of the same model of oven with three big box retailers and found that they were substantially the same as Worthley.

The repairman arrived on time, was very courteous, knowledgeable, and I was very pleased with their service.

My second experience with this company was much different from the first one a year ago. My Whirlpool washer dispenser mechanism broke for the 2nd time in a year so I called Worthleys to repeat the service. I waited a week for the parts to come in and had been scheduled for the repair. The repair service date came and I was told that the parts were never ordered and it would be another week before they could schedule the repair service. I asked owner, Eric, reasonable questions about how this could happen and who was responsible for ordering parts. He became a sarcastic, smartypants with me. He told me there are plenty of other repair shops around that I could call. He sarcastically told me that he could call me every hour with a parts update if I wanted him to. I was already into the company for an $80 trip charge, so I went ahead with the service. The service went fine except that 3 people showed up instead of the 2 people needed to unstack the washer/dryer unit and I had to bluntly tell them that I would not pay 3 labor charges ($50 per person).

I called because they were a maytag dealer, once the problem was diagnosed it was major and they said it would be 800.00 or more. When I called Maytag for parts they told me if I used a company they had listed it would only cost me approx 160.00. I asked Worthleys if they could honor this agreement and I was told no. The company Maytag referred was awesome. Long story short Maytag could not find parts and since the unit was only 2 years old they gave us a discount on a new dryer.I feel Worthleys should have tried to work with me.

Overall, the work was excellent service and workmanship. Very pleased.

The service man was fast, very knowledgable.

They charged me for a part for the washer and a small service fee. I have used them quite a bit over the years. They have always done a great job for me. I have also bought appliances there and they are delivering before I am able to make it back from the appliance store.
