Called WIRED and set appointment. They were out the next morning. Luke diagnosed the problem and fixed (replaced bad GFCI circuit) and also fixed some of my and quot;add-onand quot; home wiring in the garage. Very courteous and friendly. He was done in an hour. When it came time to pay, he reminded me of a $30 off coupon in the newsletter where I originally got their name. I would definitely use them again.

Everything went well. Wired Electrical Services came out and gave me a proposal and a quote. The pricing was good and all the work was done as stated and in a timely manner. They were good. I just called and told them what I needed and they came out and gave me a quote in writing and it was all as expected. They did a good job.

My parents were in town and worried about a flickering hall light and a bathroom light would turn off after about 20 mins. I was able to get an appointment for the following morning (so did not have to leave work). The technician has a van with the Company name and the office gave me the technicians name, so I was able to verify the technicians name before letting him into my house. The technician was on time, polite and courteous to my house. And important to me, he did not treat my electrical issues as silly. In addition to easing my Father’s mind, I am pleased with the service provided and will use Wired should I have any new electrical issues.

Called for appointment to have my outside outlets fixed already knew the problem. Don't have my receipt to give the the guy's name, but friendly, got right to work, and had a good solution for my outside front lights. I inquired about some kind of sensor to be put on my outside front lights to turn them on at dusk. I don't like motion detectors ones at all. I've also had a couple of other options that I didn't care for. The technician explain he could put a timer on my switch. Cost $68. The switch is wonderful it's set to my time zone and turns the lights on and off due to time zone. I love it being a shift worker, lights always on when I come home and I don't have to turn them on in the afternoon when I leave. Easy thing I don't have to think about. Love it. I think my total price for the labor, replacing the outlet and my new light switch was pretty reasonable. Would recommend and use Wired again

Did a good job..fixing the light on the front of garage..there are two of them..one was not working..thought sensor was out..now are working.....

They were at the home all day and were very professional. They kept the work areas clean and did not complain as time passed by and they worked into the early evening to be able to finish the job. One of their techs got called to another job so the tech left had a lot to do to finish. It wasn't their fault it lasted as long as it did. They only charged for the work that was done and their pricing is fair.

Initially had Wired come out to inspect a breaker that kept tripping. They corrected that problem and, based on their level of professionalism I also decided to purchase a whole home generator from them. The install went even better than I could have imagined as the generator is behind my garage approx 150 ft (and a patio and 2 car driveway) away from my panel. Their work is incredible, their employees are polite and professional and I have recommended them to many of my neighbors. Have tried to get them to do work for me on an industrial level at my job but the distance is too great. Would happily recommend to anyone and would offer the work they did at my house as proof of the quality,

We had really such good experience with them. They were very responsive. Their prices are reasonable. Their work is good quality work. They are efficient. They do not leave a mess. They do everything we ask them to do.

They made promises they did not keep. They damaged my home and then left without completing the job. They did not make repairs to their damage and have left all of the responsibility to me to clean up and repair the mess they left me. They cut a hole in one side my wall and drilled through the other side of the sheet rock into the adjoining living room.When I called to complain, the owner was rude and flippant. I do not do their type of work, but even I knew that their was a possibility that this would happen and said so to the worker. But he proceeded to drill a hole all the way through my wall. The worker claimed that he drilled through the stud that blocked the route of the coax to be installed but this is not the truth. In fact, he just glanced off of the bottom of the stud and through the sheet rock on the other side. This was all because the company promised they had long extensions to their drill but only brought out a section that was too short to do the job and then was too lazy to bring out the length they promised. This was all discussed when the job was scheduled. To make matters worse, they just made excuses, hung up on me and abruptly left without finishing the job or cleaning up. Who is going to pay for all the repairs? Almost none of Wired's response actually occurred. This would seem to now call their integrity into question. I had the coax run by someone else and the other New Contractor scoffed at the idea of drilling from the floor toward the ceiling as they knew that this procedure runs a high risk of causing what occurred. The New Contractor had a 6' drill as Wired claimed they had but Wired tried to and quot;cheap meand quot; and they brought out a 4' drill which they knew was not sufficient to perform the work as I had well described the situation and that they needed a 6' drill. Again, I called, and the owner was rude and hung up on me on the day the incident occurred. When I immediately went back to talk to the technician, the tech said he was told to leave the job, confirming that i was hung up on and no one called me back after the tech left. He was not kicked out! Wired simply left me with a mess and no resolution on the problem nor any offers to pay for the repair. I sent a copy of the $200 bill to repair the dry wall over a month ago and Wired has not reimbursed me the money calling into question their claim that they offered to pay for the damages. They should immediately pay up in order to make amends.

The company was prompt in providng us service and very professional. Our electrician was Trent-he was very patient helping us decide on lighting for the kitchen and pleasant to work with. We are very satisfied with our service and highly recommend this company.

This company is great!!! This is the second time we have used them for electrical services. Called on Friday and the tech (RICHARD) was here in less than three hours. Very thorough in the analysis and located the problem quickly. Performed the other services per home inspection report and explained everything as he went along. Richard was very professional and had a great personality. Would strongly recommend using this company. They are my preferred electrical service provider. Thanks

The owner took the time to discuss in detail with me what would be required, and the price range I would be looking at, for the work I want done. He was very nice, patient, and friendly. I let him know that it would take some time for me to save up the money for my project but I felt very confident after talking to him that once I am ready to do the project I will ask him to do the work.

Left a message to set up an estimate and this company never called back.

They were very professional and did exactly what was requested. Cleaned up afterwards.

Nathanael was very cordial when I called. Their electrician came the same day I called and did a thorough and competent job.

I was extremely pleased with the service! The service tech. arrived right on time. He thoroughly explained what he was checking and why. He answered all my questions in a professional manner and left a detailed report on what was done. I really appreciated the outstanding service!!

These guys do great work and they are very honest and knowledgeable. The cost for changing my breaker was higher than usual because I have an obsolete electrical panel, but they had the part they needed with them and were able to fix the problem right away. They also did a retro-fit for my condo complex--changing the electrical outlets to aluminum rated for our out-dated aluminum wiring. The outlets in my condo were already up to code, so even though they had an opportunity to charge me for unnecessary work, they did not. Very honest, reliable and highly recommended.

It was a pleasure to work with Nathanael and his team of knowledgeable electricians. Everyday they showed up on time or 10 minutes early and left my house cleaner than at the begging of the day! They were very punctual with there timing and very detailed orintated..i.e. all the screws in the light switches are all precisely aligned vertically. Wired electrical came in on time and on budget and even threw in things that were not in the estimate for free.
