I received a $1200 quote by email the following day-- to add 4 exterior lights. I thought the cost was too much, so I chose a different company to complete the work. Thanks.

Description of Work: We had used Wired several times before, and knew their service was more expensive than others, but their electricians have always been informative and professional. This last experience was not great, as the electrician did not do what we requested. We brought this issue to the attention of management, and they did nothing. We are no longer using Wired.

Description of Work: I had a lightning strike near my house and 25% of my electricity was out in my house. Icalled another company first. They came out twice and did not fix anything. They estimated it would be about $1500 to replace a box and numeous other things. It would take about a week to scheudle it. My outdoor driveway gate was on the broken curcuit and the guy told me to just leave my gate open for a week, or he could try to patch it with an extension cord which would take about 4 hours. There were several other red flags and I could not wait for the guy to leave my property. |I called Wired the next morning and talked with a very sympathetic, professional lady. She scheduled someone to come out the same day. Felipe arrived on time, he was professional and plesant, evaluated the issue and fixed it in less than two hours. I will call Wired back with all my electrical needs.

Description of Work: Wired Electric gave us a free estimate for the job. It took almost a month to get everything lined up because of insurance issues, but when we had everything sorted on our end, Wired ES was ready to go. They did the job in the time specified and all was well. The extra special part for me was when the estimator came out for the site visit. I was having a secondary issue that I thought was a bigger problem. For no extra charge, he was able to identify the problem which turned out to be very simple. I REALLY appreciated his expertise and willingness to help. Glad to give them our business and very satisfied with their work.

Description of Work: WES sold and installed a Generac standby generator. Mark Logan did the quotation and was very clear and helpful. The installation was complicated by the long distance between the generator mounting location and the building electrical service. Lines had to be run for about 150 feet and buried by manual trenching. The quoted price was not the lowest I found but their service was turn-key and included the transfer switch and all incidental components, such as a concrete mounting pad and plumbing for gas to run the generator. The installation crew was very competent and professional. They arrived early and completed their work as expected. I am pleased with the installation.
