Waterwise replaced the Pressure Vacuum Breaker (PVB) casing that ruptured during the last freeze. I purchased my own replacement PVB device online with the intent of doing the work myself, but thought better of it after seeing what is involved (and the necessity for a license since working on city-side water hookup). I arranged for Waterwise to do the install and they had no issue using the PVB unit I purchased. Just charged me for labor. They're apparently busy so it took about a 10 day lead-time for the appointment. Took approx. 30 minutes to replace the PVB device, add insulation around the exposed piping, and test all the sprinkler heads. Very satisfied.

The service was beyond what I had been used to with the "other" guys. He was more informative, did a better job of explaining the way he did things and what he was doing as he did the work. What I especially liked about this company is they give you a time of day when to expect them. The former company would only give you a day and that included the entire day late into the evening. Waterwise gave you a 2 hour window and communicated with you if something would come up that would delay their professional. I was quite pleaded with the overall service and will be using them for further repairs and yearly checkups on my system.

The job went very well. They were booked for two weeks before they could make the service call. But Andy was courteous, professional and knew what he was doing. I asked Waterwise to fix my leaking valve and adjust the system to get water to dry spots, stop spraying the fence and have better coverage. Andy went right to work trying to save me money by moving some heads and only adding them where necessary. It was a pleasure to have a company come to my house and do the job right. They are coming back out to add two more heads and fix some drip lines. When I need sprinkler work in the future I will only call Waterwise.

They were timely and did a good job overall. A bit expensive.

Went tickety boo. WaterWise showed up on the appointed date, dug the trenches, laid the water pipe, installed the sprinklers and the water control equipment. Everything went fine.

We selected Waterwise Irrigation to install our system because they were the best qualified of the four short-listed firms identified by Angie's List. The company has scheduled an installation start date of 25 April and plans to accomplish the project in three days.

The repair was completed as requested.

It was not a low price but I think we go what we paid for. The owner was out here a couple of times. They gave me an estimate first and arrived when they said they would. They did their job well and I never had to call them back again. I would rate them high but I was disappointed that I had to pay so much money. I had recently bought that house and the previous owners had not done all this work. However, these folks delivered a good job. They did what they said they would. I did not have any problems. It was a two or three day?s job and there was a full crew. I can?t say they were overpriced.

It went very well - I really do not have the time to go into details.

We asked the service person to investigate an issue regarding our system which they quickly resolved. We also had them review the effectiveness of our overall system after some modifications to our landscaping. They recommended some changes, gave us a quote and we hired them to do the work. The quality of their work exceeded our expectations because they noticed a few small areas that needed repairs and they fixed those, too. The superintendent of the project came to meet with us a few days later to demonstrate the modifications, explain what they did and answer all our questions. He even took some extra time to wrap some pipe for us and explain how to freeze-proof the back-flow preventer.

My system was leaking bad. I did not know until after the tech arrived that I had a seperate shut off just for the irrigation system. I called Monday afternoon November 15th and they had a tech at my house early Wednesday Morning to take care of me. The tech was great, fixed everything up. checked the whole system before he left. Showed me where the shut off valve was for the system in case I ever needed it. Again great service, fair price what more can you ask for.....

Fantasic. The tech was on time. He made sure I understood everything he did and took the time to ensure I knew how to run the system myself. Solid work at a fair price, you can not ask for anything else.

Had a shakey start to say the least. Never having an irrigation system put us in a slight predicament. When we discovered the substantial leak I contacted the water company. They advised it was a plumbing problem and simply turned the entire water sys off at the main. A few days later a plumber comes and advises it's beyond his scope and we needed a sprinkler company to correct the problem. In the course of 2 weeks we finally wer able to get the sys back on line.

I have used ACME before for routine maintenance and also repairs to our system that came when we bought the house. I have felt that their staff was competent. Cliff came out, has been to our house before. He figured out the wiring problem and then spent time trying to find it. He looked for obvious places where digging might have occured. We found some fence repair done by a neighbor near the sprinkler lines. He spent time digging there expecting to find the break but did not. Then he tried to use an electronic system to find the break but said he could not, he found a lot of interference as he was searching for it. Said he would have another tech who had much more experience in finding wire breaks come out. That afternoon, the office called to schedule the return appt it would be in 2 days. That morning he arrived (early) and set to work. He had found the break and they dug up the area to fix it. He replaced the dirt as best he could and it was very neat when he was done. He ran a check on the entire system and found 1 sprinkler head was broken, so he replaced that. He had me come out so I could see it was working and showed me what he had done. They were there about 1 hour. They billed me on time for both visits, a total of 3 hours which seems accurate. I appreciated their care, they were professional and they got it done for me.

They were fine. I didn't compare prices. Everything is working great. They came out quickly.

They arrived on time. They immediately got to work fixing the problem. At my request they also did a complete check of the system to make certain everything was in good working order. They were quick, efficient and professional.

We were experiencing large amounts of standing water in our back yard whenever it rained or when either of our two neighbors behind our house used their irrigation system. The drainage system took 2 days to complete. Everything was dug by hand and utilities identified. All low points on both sides of the back yard received drains that connected to large underground pipes. The two drainage pipes went to the street where the curbs were cut to accommodate the pipes. They then mixed concrete to sculpt around the pipes for a neat appearance at the curb. The second part of service provided involved tweeking, fixing broken irrigation pipe, replacing broken sprinkler heads and reprogramming the sprinkler controller. The amount of time was 5 hours utilizing 2-3 people. Best new company we have used lately hands down.

Called and got next day service. Repair was made quickly, the technician tested the repair, and when the technician finished he replaced the soil so that the flower bed appeared undisturbed. The tech clearly knew his business, I did not have to explain to him how to turn the sprinkler system on and off. To my surprise, people I have used in the past did not know how to operate my sprinkler system which is a simple system and is readily available.

The system was supposed to come on once a week and kept coming on each morning. One of the heads was pointing in the wrong direction into the street. The price seemed high. The job seemed fair but I may consider another company in the future.

The owners and installers were very professional, on-time and appeared to do quality work. I was happy with the job they did, till the very end. I thought they were supposed to follow up with me and do a walk-through of the job, but I never heard from them again. They had someone come out and wrap the pipes, after the job was done, but that was it. I had questions and a few concerns about the installation, and waited a few weeks, thinking they were coming back out. After awhile, I just forgot about it.

Gave me an estimate over the phone. Showed up on time. Very professional. Finished quickly. Showed me what was repaired. Technician was very pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend them in the future.

This company was very professional from start to finish. The sales rep came out and provided us a detailed estimate for the job. We live in a HOA and had to obtain approval before we could have the work done. The sales rep provided a very detailed drawing of the plans on our land survey. We received a tentitive start day for the job while we were waiting for HOA approval. The job was started on time and completed on time. We were not asked to pay any part of the costs until the job was completed and we received a cash discount. They came out within 48 hours of the job being done to do a final walk through and make any adjustments. I was concerned about the coverage of the flower bed in front of my house and they added an additional sprinkler head with out any additional costs. We are very happy with the irrigation system and are very glad we used Waterwise Irrigation. They are very professional and stand behind their work.

I CHOSE THIS VENDOR FROM ANGIE'S LIST. THE N/A BY PRICE IS THERE BECAUSE I DID NOT TALK TO OTHER PROVIDERS. THE PRICE OF $4000 SHOULD NOT SCARE YOU BECAUSE THE SIZE OF MY LOT IS ONE HALF ACRE. THEY EARNED THE MONEY. THE JOB WAS PROFESSIONAL AND HIGH QUALITY. I RECEIVED A LOT MORE THAN I EXPECTED.

The repairman checked out the control box and the entire electrical system and found that the original installer did not properly encase the wires in the ground in a water-proof encasement. He repaired the wires and provided proper water-proofing. After that, he checked and did some minor reconfiguration of my entire sprinkler to provide extra lawn coverage and efficiency. My one and only complaint with Waterwise is that it is a bit difficult to make an appointment for service unless you talk to the secretary. I called during the secretary's lunch hour and the phone message was not transmitted to her properly which cause me to take off from work unnecessarily. If you talk to the secretary, everything is great.
