Laurie came out to give us an estimate. Very professional and low keyed, she answered all our questions in detail, designed a system for us, and later redesigned the system when we made some changes in our yard soon before the system was installed. Laurie's professionalism in coming to our home and seeing our property, answering our numerous question went a long way to sell us on going with Waterwise. Another company we asked for an estimate form simply asked us for a map of our yard and e-mailed us his plan. The crew, headed by Francisco, were very hard working and polite and pleasant. We have had the system for 4 days, Waterwise called today and they are going to come out to explain in detail how the system works, how to operate and maintain it and answer anymore questions we might have. Everyone we have dealt with has been very pleasant and professional, we rarely see this level of professionalism and service!

They are very thorough. They told me what repairs needed to be done. They were upfront. I signed up for a program where they come out every six months to inspect my irrigation system.

David showed up and inspected the site. He dug up the pipe and traced it to the active leak. Fixed it in 30 minutes (would've taken me half a day). David then validated the system was up and running, and checked the system integrity to make sure there weren't any other problems.

It did not go well. Could not get them to come out and give us an estimate.

Prompt, professional on site inspection and quote. Once quote was accepted, the work was scheduled within a few days. A heavy rain resulted in the cancellation of the initial scheduled workday. The work was quickly rescheduled. Work crew was prompt and completed work in an efficient manner. The installation was completed, the turf relaced, and the yard and driveway cleaned . The drainage works great. No more sloshing around on soggy turf and no more runoff across the driveway. Couldn't be happier.

All work was performed very satisfactorily. Our system required new sprinkler heads, a rework of the control box, adjustment of numerous sprinkler heads and a complete check of the entire system. John was very thorough and performed all required work in a little over 2 hours.

In spite of the fact that we live out of their way they still came. They were very conscientious. They were nice and polite.

They repaired and reinstalled several sprinkler heads that had either been damaged or the routers had gone out and they needed reinstallation. I would like to grade them highly on everything.

Their service was fantastic from start to finish. The person performing the service was on time, took his time to resolve every issue, he was friendly and made sure I understood everything before he left. I felt they were very, very honest and didn't come up with "more work than was there", which is always a fear when dealing with repairs. I was surprised to get them. This was during the busy season. They happened to have a cancellation, and they worked me on a very short order. Their price is good and service is good. It was a positive experience. They explained me what needed to be done. They had a good understanding of what is a lawn sprinkler system. I was surprised that they were able to get there quickly, as they were able to diagnose our problem and fixed it. I would use them again.

I spent $80 on that service. They did a good job and did what I asked him to. I walked around with the person that came out and he was not opposed to telling me what he was doing, so next time I could do it myself. I was pleased with him.

Everything went well during installation. Crew was prompt, worked hard to complete on schedule. Only problem was a leak at a valve statiion. Leak was pointed out, but was initially discounted by technician. After repairing a small washout and using the sprinker for 1-2 days, the leak was obvious. They returned and repaired to our satisfaction. All around excellent experience. They also performed the work w/ minimum damage to lawn.

It went very well. I was satisfied with the results and the tech called to say he could come earlier than the scheduled appointment. very curtious.

I used a different service provider earlier and they did not do a good job. These guys are very good and reasonable as far as I'm concerned. I found them on Angie's List. These guys know what they are doing and I was with them the whole time. We went through the whole thing and he gave us suggestions. They went through the lawn and they readjusted all the heads. They also unburied two heads so that it doesn't get flooded. He is bringing more types of sprinkler heads and he is going to change the height of the heads. One of my neighbors ended up getting his card when he came out to do work for me.

I called and received a convenient appointment. Company called morning of service call to confirm their arrival time. Technician arrived promptly and listened to all my suspected problems with the irrigation system. The tech marked all the sprinkler heads in question and then proceeded to perform the needed work. System works like new. I will definitely call this company again whenever I have an irrigation problem.
