I called Acme and had someone come out a couple of days later. Ulysses determined that the wire connecting the valve to the system needed to be replaced. He told me that the job would take a maximum of 4 hours to complete. Due to the amount of time needed to fix the system, I had to schedule another time for him finish the job. He showed me how to work the stations manually so that I did not need to drag out a hose sprinkler. When he came back out, he finished the job in less time then he thought. He fixed the the wire and fixed two other heads that were not working correctly. I was very happy with him and the job that he did. He also showed me that they have a sprinkler maintenance program. I signed up for the semiannual inspection program ($75 a visit).

Waterwise Irrigation is really good. They haven?t done the major part of the work yet. However, they have been awesome so far. When they came to do the repair work, they were great. They were very helpful, very knowledgeable and quick. Their price was good. They weren?t the cheapest, but they spent an hour around my house and did the repair work. The guy they sent to do the work was really good. The only downside is that because they are so popular, they are really busy. So, I had to wait for three weeks for getting my work done. I know it is worth the wait for a good company, but I won?t want to wait for more than three weeks. They have given me a quote for another work, which includes trenching, septic water heads and a septic system. I think the price is fair. If they are really good at the work, then it will be worth it.

Technician, Dan, arrived on time and immediately went to work checking our system. We had one leak that I was aware of and I pointed that out to him. He proceded to repair what was needed and make the adjustments that will give us maximum efficiency for our sprinkler system. He spent time answering my questions about our system and reviewed an optimal watering schedule. His work was very professional and thorough. He spent 1.25 hrs. on our job.

He came out when he said he would come and gave me an excellent quote. I didn?t end up using anybody, but he did everything that he said he will do. He was very nice, friendly, prompt, etc. He wrote out everything in detail including about how he would do the work. He was very professional and explained things to me. He told exactly what he was going to use. His price is very competitive, and I recommended him to somebody.

The drainage crew was experienced, knowledgible, and very careful! This was hugely important to us, since we had previously installed a sprinkler system, and upon buying the house 32 years ago, placed all of our gutter downspouts running underground, out to the street! So we ALREADY had a lot of pipe underground to dodge! On top of this.....one of the drainage runs necessitated being dug across 3 of our landscape beds in which I had planted perennial shrubs and flowers!!! The crew was careful and replaced all the temporarily removed plants upon completion. They cleaned up after each of the 6 days of work on our property. Amazing! We are awaiting the first BIG deluge "test"....to see if the value of the work...compares to the price paid!!!

The representative spent 30-45 minutes checking the system. He reported that there were grassy areas not receiving coverage and that I needed new equipment (heads) from another company that would reach further to cover these. I got another Angie's List company to give me a second opinion. I had several leaks over my large yard which they repaired. They also adjusted heights and replaced a few pieces of equipment of the same type. I contacted Waterwise to report my story. They removed my charge ($126.50) for an estimate and said their purpose was not to diagnose all problems at that time.

They were knowledgeable, prompt and professional.

Everything went well. They were really professional, and they did a good job.

The project went very well taking just over 3 days to complete. The work took an extra day due to the fact the ground was excessively dry due to lack of rain in July when this was done. The crew arrived at 8:00 am each morning and worked till 4:00pm. They were respectful and hard working. Other than the extreme hard digging the project went as expected. Once completion of the project the techs came out at the appointment time and adjusted the sprinkler heads a small amount as well as showing us how to use the timing system.

Very well. Work was done in a professional manner and put back in better shape than it was.

Keith called before he came out, he arrived on time, and my husband met him as he came from work, he and my husband toured the entire outside, while Keith explained what he was checking and why, he was very detailed oriented and specific. We both talk with him while he made recommendations that wouldn't cost us and he completed the job within two hours. My husband and I both thought it was a lot of work, so we were anxious to find out what it would cost. It was less than what we expected, then they guaranteed the work for 90 days. We were very pleased!!

The owner was very personable and knowledgeable and did very high quality work. We were very pleased with everybody they were respectful about being on and around our property.

Our system started not to work on several zones. Some of the repairs were quickly made but there was some difficulty finding one of the valves. They worked at it very diligently and finally got the system functioning both finding some broken wires and also replacing some sprinkler heads.

The old control box seemed to have a short circuit. The representative from Waterwise helped me trouble shoot the problem over the telephone. When the problem was not solved, he sent a repairman out on the next day. The repairman was prompt, polite and thorough. My only complaint is that when he installed the new box, he did not cover up the hole in the sheet rock leaving some of the wires exposed. There may have been a good reason for this, but I wish that he would have asked me about it.

They came when said they would and spent longer trying to solve the problem that I would have thought for a first visit. They had difficulties locating one of the valves which had become overgrown by a tree. They got 2 of the zones operating and made a date to come back to do the rest of the work.

They were on-time and did a great job. They slightly nicked a gas line to an external grill during the work but came immediately back and repaired it. It has been some time since the work and all is in excellent shape.

Answered my call and arranged a meeting. Called the day before to confirm. Called the day of when they realized they would be a little late to confirm if that would acceptable. It was, so there were no problems. Gentleman showed up with a helper and they were shown problems. They gave us an estimate of time and cost and we approved. They went to work, fixing each individual problem, plus identifying some problems we were not even aware of. Finished and final cost less than quoted. Set schedule for watering system.

The employees arrived on time and worked quietly, neatly and they were very friendly.

Whenever we have lots of rain, our backyard becomes a lake. With two dogs, that was very unpleasant to say the least. We obtained several estimates and decided to give the job to Waterwise because, they not only gave us a good proposal, Ed suggested a system that sounded great. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and had wonderful references. The drainage system is fantastic! After installation, it's been fun to go out front and see water, that is coming from our backyard, going into the street. There was an area next to the house that needed to be leveled. It looked as though a tree was removed (before we bought the house) and a rather large mound remained. They fixed that for us and they even put down new sod in several areas of the yard for us. It's a great company to do business with. We plan do have them come back and do some more work.

They were very friendly and very professional. I did not obtain an estimate from them really, I just needed it fixed.

After the huge thunderstorm we had, the lighting did some damage to our sprinkler system. When we called Waterwise they showed up within a week to give us a very detailed estimate and then they got to work a day or two after that.

Called the company on Monday, March 19 hoping to get a repairman out right away. The receptionist was very good, asking appropriate questions. She evidently wrote down every word I said because the repair dudes knew all about it. Between their schedule and mine they did not come out until Thursday, March 29. Two repairman arrived right on time and got right to work. They went through the entire system and made some minor repairs that got the sprinklers working correctly. The invoice was based on the amount of time they were here. The dollar amount was right on the money. They were professional, courteous, punctual & fairly priced. All good.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with this company, and specifically Ed Vitulli (I think he is the owner). They were prompt, efficient, and did a fantastic job. My phone calls, including my initial inquiry, were returned promptly and Ed patiently answered all my questions (and I had a lot of them!). They showed up exactly when they said they would and finished a little earlier than they said they would. They left the backyard virtually just as they found it and the drainage system works great. We have had no standing water in our backyard, even with last week's heavy rains nearly every day. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and would definitely hire Waterwise again for any lawn-related needs.

Water Wise Irrigation is safety oriented, and I had two employees come out to do an inspection. The work only took two hours to complete, although the quality of work was great. I got an estimate over the phone after a long conversation. The company found the problem with the system and fixed it right the first time.
