I had condensation in a bedroom window that needed to be replaced. Jonathan came out and provided a quote, which I felt was reasonably priced given I had another quote in hand. His professionalism and attention to detail was the deciding factor for me to use Wallaby. On the day of the install the crew showed up 20 minutes early and were prepared to get it knocked out. The installation went very smooth and there was no mess left behind. After completion and final inspection of the work performed I received a call from Jonathan to verify that I was satisfied with the service. I had a great experience with Wallaby Windows in the woodlands! I needed a door that I already purchased installed for my front door. Johnathan came and measured by door and walked me through the process of replacing the current front door. (Lengthy process). It was a simple process of the agreement and I got to sign all the documents online. Johnathan was quick to get an appointment time and worked with my schedule. My front door looks great and works great! I definitely couldn’t have done it myself and I’m glad that I had Wallaby Windows do the job.
