+ 0 moreDan and his crew did an excellent job installing two new French doors in our home. The job entailed more work than anticipated due to obscured rot that had extended into our framing from our old deteriorating doors, but they took it in stride and went the extra mile to leave us sound and secure - not only in the door installation but in the area surrounding the doors. Dan was extremely accommodating as my husband took the opportunity to improve our wiring, and he replaced a sheet of interior paneling for us that had had degraded as well - carefully cutting out outlet receptacles etc. for the new wiring. He takes pride in his work and has a great crew working with him - professional, polite, and pleasant to have in your home. We would absolutely not hesitate to recommend Dan and Trademark Window to our friends, and would definitely use them again in the future.
Description of Work: Removed, delivered, and replaced two French doors including interior and exterior trim as well as framing improvements.

+ -1 moreTrademark Windows and Doors did an outstanding job. Dan Boland, owner, and his crew were very professional, clean, punctual and gave excellent input for the entire job. They took out all the old windows and trim, replaced the trim with either Hardy plank or treated fluted trim and put in NT brand, presidential series, single hung windows. All windows were double pane, low-e 366 glass, argon gas filled, double strength, and tempered where applicable. All windows had contoured internal grids (per the HOA). Dan's group was very personable and they listened to our ideas. When it rained, they put down paper and other sheeting to ensure the inside of the house was not soiled. The reasons for the lengthy job were a long rainy period and the Thanksgiving Holiday period. Overall, we were very satisfied and would highly recommend them.
Description of Work: Replaced all windows on the house (~35), both large and small and the window trim.

Description of Work: Removed and replaced original aluminum windows and storm windows with vinyl double hung windows replacing any rotted wood with Hardie trim as needed. Painted trim as required. This was the sixth job this company has done for me. My neighbor next door also used this company on my recommendation and was very happy with the job. The quality and professionalism have always been exceptional. They have my highest recommendation.

+ 0 moreThis time, I just had Dan replace our back door. The first time I used Dan was about six years ago, when he replaced every window in our entire home. I was having a lot of work done at the house and he was one of my absolute favorite contractors. He is extremely honest and fair. I have recommended him to many friends since then. His prices are so much better than the large companies. I would highly recommend him in a heartbeat.

+ -1 moreIt was somewhere between $6000 and $8000. They were just really efficient and fast. They came in when they said they were going to come in, they did the work, it was sound, and there were no issues. We had never done anything like this, we were looking for competitive pricing and theirs was competitive. We had no problems at all and I recommended them to people.

+ 0 moreDan Boland, the owner, salesperson and installer, is easy to deal with, professional and prompt. He did everything he said he'd do when he said he'd go it. We got bids from four other vendors, large companies all. Dan, a one man company, with two helpers made us feel more comfortable than any of the others. I have recommended him to all of my firends.
Description of Work: Trademark installed 16 energy efficient windows in my home and "tuned up" two doors - improving the way they closed and adding more weather stripping. Six weeks later he installed a new front door with a new door lock set and new deadbolts in three existing exterior doors. The front door install was a difficult one - nothing lined up or was square or plumb but he made it look perfect. In the three months since the window install I used 28% less natural gas than the same period last year. Windows & Door "tune-up" $6300. Install front door $250

Description of Work: We wanted to upgrade our house windows to prepare for storms. After reading about Simonton Storm Breaker Windows, we needed an estimate. Dan Boland, owner of Trademark Windows and Doors provided us with an estimate for the windows and the cost of labor for installation. He worked in conjunction with WestEnd lumber who provided the estimate for the windows and ordered them for Trademark Windows and Doors to install. Dan's estimate of his labor was fair and accurate. When the job was complete, the final cost and the estimate were the same. He and his crew completed the task in a very timely manner. They arrived early in the day and worked continuously while they were here. They were very professional, personable and they cleaned up after themselves. After the job was complete, one window was not quite square. They were responsive and willingly adjusted the window.
