Services we offer

We specialize in auto window tinting and truck accessories such as sprayon bedliners, bed covers nerf bars, grille guards, toolboxes, billet grilles and so many other accessories. We also sell stereos, speakers, performance parts as well as wheels and tires.

Services we don't offer

We unfortunately do not install mufflers, exhausts, or lift kits for now. Although we always looks for ways to expand our business to meet our customers needs.

Bedliner was horrible with drips and wavy lines everywhere. Staff was rude and when showed staff all the flaws in there work they just walked away and told me woukd he an additional 50 dollars to fix

Description of Work: When I arrived, they showed me the various options, including showing me how their personal vehicles looked. I went to lunch nearby while they were installing the tinting on my small SUV and they were done in under an hour. They were very nice, helpful and I would certainly recommend them.

Made a appointment for May 12 to get my front two windows tinted. I arrived about 45 min early for my appt. and was expecting to wait but they took my car in right away and installed the ting in about 15 min. Very impressed with the place and got me in and out in a timely manner. I will be back yo get my other car done

The owner was very rude and hollered at me after showing him where the tint was cut too short and scratches in the tint. The owner brought it back a third time to be repaired before us leaving and his employee removed the door panel and was doing something inside with tools after being told they just dropped their plastic squeegee and had to get it out. I am glad that I took photos of him not only removing a squeegee because after getting home I googled the company and found they had other of the same complaints and also broke a customers window motor and denied messing with it. I have 3 more vehicles to tint and will never return or recommend this company to anyone.

In this world there are many different people and personalities, and that's a good thing. If we were all the same it would be very boring. Unfortunately that also means that there will sometimes be people that disagree with or are disgruntled with others. We had a feeling when this customer walked in the door, she would be one that would be unhappy regardless of what we did for her. But we are professionals and understand that we must accommodate all personalities. After they arrived, we waited several minutes for them to come into the office. She came in first and told us we would have to wait for him to finish eating in the car before we could show him film samples. When he did come in, she didn't give us a chance to talk to him, she over took the conversation and explained things to him herself. We pulled the car in and tinted the windows. When the work was complete, she noticed that there was a small light gap in one of the quarter windows and a small scratch on the driver door tint. Both issues were minimal, but we pulled the car back in and retinted both windows to completely satisfy the customer. As our employee was tinting the driver door, his squeegee did fall into the door panel. He pulled off the door panel to remove the accidentally dropped squeegee so it wouldn't create a rattle in her door panel. What is unsettling is that we were unaware until this review, that she was secretly taking pictures of our employee and our shop. That information is disturbing in this day of the unknown. Not sure what her motives were, but safety of our employees is of great concern. We have nothing to hide, and welcome any questions regarding our method and technique of tinting customers windows. We are a very professional and honest company. We have many repeat customers that travel from other cities just so we can work on their vehicles. Never did anyone "holler" at her. When she left, we believed all issues had been professionally resolved. We regret that any customer is dissatisfied with our company. But at this point we must agree that she should take her other cars to a different shop to be tinted. We believe we did things the correct way to resolve her issues. And we also must consider the safety of our employees first and foremost. We will continue to provide professional services to our many happy and satisfied customers. We will not allow one issue to impact our business. We thank the many customers that stand behind us and look forward to many more years serving this area.

I could not be more pleased with the professionalism and quality. They explained the available tints, what legally can be applied in Texas, made a recommendation for my car and explained the reasons behind the recommendation, and then explained the process. They then applied SunTek High Performance Series film. When my car was done (between an hour and 90 minutes) they told me what to expect while the film is curing and why the windows cannot be rolled down for 3 to 5 days. And even better - they told me more than once if I had any questions or concerns to let them know immediately. Great customer service and my car looks great!
Description of Work: Tomball Tinters replaced the badly bubbled and scarred tinted film in my Honda CRV.

Exceeded expectations on all counts. Quality was perfect, no bubbles though they warned some might occur during drying. They finished well ahead of estimated time. Would definitely go back.

The worst customer service I have ever had!!!
Description of Work: Tomball Tinters was the worst customer service I've ever had!!! First, I had scheduled two tint jobs, one at 8:00 and one at 10:00 am. I arrived right at 8 for the first job, and I was told, I believe by the owner, that they probably would not get to my car today because they first needed to strip the tint, and that I should have told whoever I talked to on the phone, which happened to be the man's wife, that this was a strip job. Well, I have never done this before, and It's their responsibility to ask the right questions so they can schedule their jobs on time. The customers are not responsible for scheduling work! That's not the end of it... The second car that was scheduled for 10 was actually on the book for 8:45! And the owner said that his wife had scheduled it correctly, and that he would "BELIEVE HIS WIFE". In other words he called me a liar! I have never been insulted that way in a business. This is not a serious business, they are extremely rude and disorganized. They need to learn how to treat their customers!

Im sorry you were upset, but the issued occured when there was tinting on your car that we were unaware of. If your tinting was bad and needed to be replaced Im sure you knew this at the time you made the appointment. Had this been told to us on the phone, we would have been able to schedule correctly. But there is no way to know that unless you tell us when you make the appointment. Had we stripped the old film off then tinted your car, that would have put our other appointments behind schedule. We do try very hard to run on time, since time is valuable to everyone. Again, as a courtesy to all of our customers, we do schedule our appointments so no one waits longer than expected.

When I called, they were very helpful in recommending an appointment time that would be during their least busy time so I could wait for it and be done quickly enough to get back to work after my lunch hour. They began before my appointment time and finished quickly as promised. The quality of the work was excellent. This is the third car I have taken to them, and I will continue to give them all of my business.

Went in person for quote. They had an immediate opening. The job took about an hour. They honored a 10.00 off coupon. We have used Tomball Tinters for years. They are very reasonable and the tinting has a lifetime warranty. Great people to work and I highly recommend.
