Description of Work: They clean every 2 weeks & concentrate on different areas every other time; they sometimes have different teams come but we become familiar enough with each other that I feel I know them a little and trust them explicitly. They are cheerful and work hard and are happy to go back if I feel they missed something or a place needs a little more attention!

Description of Work: Not so happy with these guys. They always show up but it's anyone guess what time. Sometimes morning, sometimes afternoon? The cleaning is ok, but not great. Not for the price anyway. Just waiting for my contract to expire in Dec. Looking on Angies list for a replacement.

Hi there~I'm a little confused about the punctuality issue. As soon as you mentioned via email that you needed a more concise time, I believe we gave you a time constraint. Also, any quality issues are something that we address immediately. I've just been looking through our email and your customer record and there are no quality complaints on record. I expect excellence from my professional cleaners, but they are human and can make mistakes. We have Inspectors in the field that inspect approximately 30% of our cleans daily, but sometimes we need to hear from customers to resolve issues. We can't fix anything we don't know about. Your home has been inspected six times since you began service. We welcome you research and try the competition! We'd love to win your business back after you've tried someone else. Didn't hire the company.
Description of Work: Company sent representative to our home to do a quote. While their company seems great, I didn't like that they don't use antibacterial products and prefer to use their own brooms, vaccums, etc. I don't want yuck from someone else's home in mine. I didn't hire them to provide cleaning services. Ultimately their prices were very high.

Hi there Member~We are a Green Seal Certified company, so while we don't use any harsh or bleach-based products, we do use a disinfectant that kills 99% of viruses, bacteria, mold, mildew and fungi. Our vacuums are Hepa sealed with disposible bags. Also, we use microfiber rags that are only used in your home that day. We also have several customers who have us use their vacuum and/or cleaning supplies. We do not use standard brooms. Thanks very much, Katie Rowe, Owner

I must have just missed her. It seemed like they were okay. I was actually on a business call as I work from home. She patiently waited, looked around, did her thing, and left. It was a free estimate. I didn't notice anything that stood out about her because I was on a business call and she didn't do anything. We called three places and they were the only ones that responded. I don't know what time they were scheduled. I think we will use them in the future.

I called this company as my daughter-in-law wanted to have her house cleaned prior to showing it for sale. I called this company - they were very polite - but they were charging $250 which was too expensive.

I received a flyer in my mailbox. I checked their website and then called them and emailed them. I never got a response. Clearly I don't want this level of service.

I just checked through our message board database, which logs all of our phone calls over several years. There is no record of a phone call from this potential customer. I searched under the first and last name and nothing came up. It's possible that this prospect called our employment line OR called another office of The Cleaning Authority. I think they do a great job for me. They actually are far cheaper than some of the other large companies out there. They get the whole house clean without me telling them what to do. They stay until the job is finished.
Description of Work: I have bi-weekly cleaning service for a 2000 square foot home. They clean the whole house top to bottom, including kitchen and bathrooms.

I leave town for weeks at a time, so my wife needs help taking care of the house. When they first started doing the cleaning, the job was done very well. The last few times, however, we have had to call them back to do it a second time. Their behavior is always top notch, but they don't clean it well enough too warrant the cost. We have decided to look elsewhere for help.
Description of Work: The Cleaning Authority has cleaned our house several times. It is a complete cleaning job, and three cleaners sent. This includes the kitchen, living and family rooms, bathrooms, and bedrooms.
