Description of Work: cleaned gas lights and also cleaned debris from hanging lanterns

Description of Work: gas and charcoal grill were both cleaned as advertised. They did a great job! My grills looked brand new after they finished.

Description of Work: I have used Stephen Delgado on numerous occasions. I have always had a great experience. He knows what he is doing and is extremely professional. I have used him for installing gas lanterns, service of gas lanterns and cleaning and repair of gas lanterns. He has also installed electric lanterns for me. The lanterns that he has cleaned looked like they were brand new after he completed the job. Sometimes I have had a hard time getting in touch with him but that is because he is so busy. I find that if I can't reach him on the phone that texting is a great way to contact him.

Description of Work: I contacted the provider and after a long discussion about my project, he said that it would be best if I wait awhilw before I perform this task.

Description of Work: I scheduled an appointment with the vendor for April 18th. They cancelled the appointment due to weather and rescheduled for the next morning. No one ever showed up or called. When we contacted them about rescheduling again, they indicated they would not honor the coupon price.

Description of Work: Don't waste your time. Texas Gas Works was scheduled for Tuesday, November 13 "around 10 a.m." to service my gas grill. They were to call ahead to confirm the time so that I could be on site. When I had not heard from them by noon, I called them. Steve said he'd encountered a "gas leak" with another customer. I can certainly understand the emergency in that and asked that he call me back at a better time to reschedule. It has now been almost two weeks with no return call. So much for having the grill operational for Thanksgiving.
