With Sundown I am reminded of the phrase; "Different isn't necessarily better. But better is always different." With Sundown you get something better and that's what makes them different. As I am writing this I am trying to remember an extensive home service experience (tinting almost 500 windows) that went as well as my experience with Sundown. First of all, Sundown showed up on time. This is big in my book. There was one day they were going to start later but they did something no one else has ever done. They let me know in advance. They are courteous and considerate. The process starts out with the thorough and meticulous cleaning of every interior window. This has to be done right or the film will not look good. . When it came to applying the film I quickly saw that this was an art form. You need people who are artists with the skill set to do film application right. The whole job took approximately 4 days. Once again, this is not something that you do in a hurry. During the job and after they set expectations as to what to expect after they finished. With Sundown the people, the work and the price were all good. This makes Sundown different in many positive ways. It is also what makes them better.

Mr. Piat was very responsive and provided a written estimate the same day. Work was scheduled for our convenience. Work was thorough and of excellent quality.
