Spring Carpets Tomball

Wonderful! We've used Spring Carpets three times now and honestly, I won't go anywhere else. Their installation guys are professional, did a great job, and did it quickly. David is not only exceptionally pleasant to work with, he's got a great eye for design and helped me with several decisions. He really knows his products which is invaluable when trying to make a decision based on wear, cleaning, design, etc. You really can't go wrong with them. They have a loyal customer in me.

It would take a small book to relay every phone call, email, and in person contact we had with this store and their parent store on I-45 to adequately convey the details necessary for anyone to get the full picture of what happened. To sum it up, it is January 2016 and I finally have the product we first ordered and paid for back in Sept. of 2015. And that was only after many, many (and so bad it was almost comical) phone conversations, emails, and in person communications that me and my husband had, with more than just one person at both Spring Carpet locations. To sum it up, the staff at the Tomball location was so courteous and helpful and professional in the store when picking carpet out and discussing wood floor selection for the future, but as soon as we paid for the carpet and the rugs arrived cut wrong, the courtesy and professionalism went out the window... so far so that the service from the Tomball location went from professional to down right childish and mean. They dropped the ball and didn't want to fix it correctly, instead trying to get away with half fixes at our expense. The rep there would even say one thing to my face at the store of how he was immediately going to order another rug to be cut to fix the problem, then my husband would speak to him on the phone a day or two later and he told my husband that he would not be ordering a new piece. The game of saying one thing at one time and saying something completely different at another time happened so often with this individual that we felt like we were in a Twilight Zone episode. After calling the parent store at the I-45 location and asking to speak with the owner did we get someone reasonable and professional who was willing to have the problem fixed correctly. If I was reviewing the I-45 location I would give them a better grade, but this review is strictly for the Tomball location and staff there. After this true nightmare (more from the dealings with the rep at the Tomball store, and not so much from having to fix the rug problem) we would never ever again buy products from the Tomball store. Because if there are issues with wood floor costing $13,000+ being installed incorrectly or some other problem, I couldn't trust this store to make it right and act professionally about it. We did end up getting our wood floors put in but we went with another company for that have had a wonderful experience with them from start to finish. And even got the same exact floors for about $1500 less.
