The concrete raising went perfectly. The silicone replacement joints were not up to our standards on the first pass. We gave a partial payment and waited for a while for the joints to be reworked. Most of the delay had to do with weather but Southern Concrete kept us informed through all delays and completed the job with excellence.

The job was performed exactly as expected. Part of the patio had collapsed and was sinking 8 inches below the ground level. Southern Concrete Raising was able to bring it back up to level. They also fixed other sections that were not level. Thank you Southern Concrete Raising.

Excellent, quality work. Very professional business with detailed proposals and timelines. We started with having multiple sidewalk issues addressed - shifting, trip hazards, etc. The work was completed professionally and timely. I am now having them repair a large area in a public parking lot and drive that creates a very large, 2-3 inches deep "pool" of water everytime it rains. I would definitely recommend.

SCR did a very good job in raising numerous sidewalk and driveway sections to create a consistent, level surface. Arrived on time and work was completed in a professional manner. Most definitely recommend to others requiring similar concrete raising and alignment.

It was a good experience overall. Took a few weeks to get someone to come look at job aNd then the work went well.........the guys had a tight fit getting their mud wagon around our pool and subsequently left black tire marks. Technician gave me a name of someone to call to power wash but I called Debbie at office and told her what happened.......she sent one of the guys back out to clean marks but he didn’t bring a power washer, he brought a sanding sponge. It worked and she agreed that clean up was part of job but they should have done this on the day of the work.

Great! On time, professionally done, and everyone from office staff to onsite workers were easy to work with. Hope I don't need their services again on another project, but if so, I would hire them again.

I was amazed at their work. It was better than I expected. They exceeded my expectations. They were all very nice & professional too.

Sales rep showed up to give estimate on time......and in the rain.....very friendly and professional. I scheduled the work a few weeks later and, again, the crew was on time, clean cut and very professional. They answered all of my questions and performed the work quickly. When they finished they cleaned up and even offered some tips for future maintenance. Overall, very satisfied and would recommend them to anyone. Will definitely call them back in the future if I have need of their services.

Went great, smooth and as promised. Greg's patience and understanding made the project go very smoothly even after changes were made to the original scope. The new sidewalk section they installed matched the existing sidewalk great.

The crew was on time, performed the work in a timely manner, and left the work site clean. In all aspects of their work, their crews were very professional, polite, and their uniforms were neat and clean.

Excellent!!! Courteous, arrived on time, which is rare nowadays. Actually undercharged me because the second slab was severely cracked and got recommendation to replace it, but they were able to raise it and didn't charge me!! Who does that nowadays??!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Even gave me recommendations of companies to use to have the cracks filled in. Very helpful!!

The person giving the quote and the lady coordinating the work were very professional and courteous. The work done has held up for 6 months now. However, I had a couple of problems with the person managing the operation: 1) A few things in the quote were optional. The person at site wanted to charge me the entire amount!!! When I pointed it out to him, he came back with a lesser amount but still higher.Tired by now, I calculated the work and gave him a quote. It was still higher than the correct price. 2) Showed the site manager a small part that was missed. The site manager said that he will fix that. My neighbor approached him and he started doing my neighbors work!!!. Afterwards, when I reminded that they had to fix the small part, the crew said that they had not been informed earlier. They had wrapped the equipment. Discussed something with the manager. The manager mixed some solution in a bucket and put a water solution!!! He informed me that the concrete (or whatever they had put in) was close by and this solution should be fine. Would have preferred that he focus on my work and do the job properly.

The office and sales staff were very friendly and helpful. Most important, the work crew were professional, quick, and on-time. They used plastic sheets to cover any exposed windows and garage door from possible concrete splattering. The work crew also used sand stabilization and tied rebars throughout the driveway and the sidewalks to make the concrete more lasting. They did an excellent job of cleaning the job site.

They did an excellent job for a good price, exceeding my expectations. Everyone involved from the office, to the estimator, and the actual workers were very nice and wanting to help in any way they could. The work was done very efficiently and for a very reasonable cost.
