My husband and I have done a bathroom with Rich in the past and he was wonderful, helpful, honestly and friendly to work with. He made sure we got what we wanted and he helped us to understand the process. Rich also had a lot of patience with us to communicate by using text and write on papers because my husband and I both are deaf. Very happy with his service!
