Seek Design & Renovation

I have worked with Seek Design & Renovation for many years now to bring our vision to life. They’ll listen to detail and guide you through the process of remodeling your home. Even down to double light switches in the guest bathroom to make the wife happy! Getting the right paint was a challenge, given the age of the pandemic because of all the supply issues, but the company delivered for us and got exactly what we wanted. We remodeled the cabinets, countertops, showers, and mirrors. Once all the pieces came together, the project was finished in a timely fashion. The company keeps to a timely schedule and tackles any problems head on without hesitation.

We've been living in our custom-built home since 2006. When we had it built, we stuck with basic interior design knowing that in the future, especially with 2 kids growing up in it, that we would end up going through a remodeling phase. Well that phase arrived this year. Our kids are no longer little ones and are now teenagers. We figured we would start with their bedrooms, bath, and shower first. My wife began searching for remolding companies and she chose three that had good reviews to get quotes on. The first company came out. I mentioned what we wanted to remodel and they just ran through quick measurements jotting down some notes that were unreadable. I asked when we would get the estimate and they said that we had to go to their design center to pick out what we wanted and then they would write up a quote. Fair enough. So then Seek, Design, & Remodeling was up next. They came out, and before any measurements or walk throughs were made, we ended up having a meaningful conversation about life in general. It was a good conversation. After that, they began listening attentively to what we wanted remodeled. They started to draw out the rooms and take measurements. They jotted down very detailed notes of what we wanted as we walked through each room. I kept glancing at the notes and I was able to understand all that was written down. They explained what would be done during the remodeling process as we visited each room. Once the walk through and notes were completed, I asked when we would get an estimate. I was amazed to hear that they would have it in about two hours. I was skeptical at first, but true to their words, I had a very detailed estimate emailed to me. Everything was precisely written down and noted. I showed my wife the quote. She felt comfortable with it. She asked me how I felt about the process I just went through with Seek and I explained to her that all was good. I told her I didn’t think we would need to have anyone else come out. Although I did reach out to the third company for good measure, it just felt right with Seek. We gave them a call and told them we were all in with the remodeling. Communication from that point on was fantastic! They explained what to expect through each phase of the remodeling. My wife and I are not interior designers and we were actually dreading going to a design center to select things for the remodel but Seek made it very easy to do. They visited us and brought along a paint swatch so that our kids could pick out the colors for their rooms. They told us where to go to pick out materials but at the same time we were showed pictures of previous builds and one stood out to me. I told him I wanted the exact shower design and tile in that picture. We didn’t have to visit a design center which made this part easy for us. Since they had just completed the build in the picture, they already knew what to order. They brought us the tile to see. Once we agreed on the materials and orders were made, we were given a timeline on when to expect the start of the remodel. The professionalism and craftsmanship of the workers that came out to do work on the remodel was great! We received daily visits from Seek to make sure all the remodeling was being done correctly. Customer service was fantastic! The end product surpassed our expectations! Our kids loved their new rooms. One thing as a homeowner, is that once we find a company that does great work we stick with that company. Seek, Design & Renovation is a company we will continue having come out for all our future remodeling. Next up will be our kitchen remodel and we will have no problem given them a call back to do that work! We would definitely recommend Seek, Design, & Renovation to all our friends, family, and you for all home remodeling projects. You will not be disappointed.

Seek Design & Renovation is a terrific company to work with. When my garage and laundry room were severely damaged during the February freeze, Seek Design & Renovation was the only company of the four I contacted, willing to work with my insurance company. They have great customer service, and kept me informed throughout the entire project. They showed up on time and did quality work with attention to all the little details. I will definitely be calling them again for any future home improvement projects.
