We had Seek Design & Renovation remodel our guest shower/tub and bathroom floor 2 weeks ago and we love it! We had 2 other contractors bid for the same job. Not only did See Design and Renovation have the best price but after talking with Don we felt comfortable knowing he would do the best job. They started with demolition work, removed old tiles a dated tub and toilet. Arturo their tile guy was awesome! He was very precise on his tile work and cleaned up everything after the job was done. Don kept you informed and Arturo involved every step of the way. We would highly recommend Seek design.

We selected Seek Design and Renovation to plan and manage the complete restoration of our large (400+ S.F.) below grade wine room that is a totally climate controlled space. Due to severe water damage, the entire room had to be démodé and restored from scratch. All the tile floors, sheet rocked and stoned walls and wood wine racks and cabinets had to be entirely rebuilt. They planned the entire restoration project, selected and managed all the sub-contractors, secured the necessary materials and produced a final product that more than met our expectations. Most importantly to us, they maintained excellent and continuous communication with us on a daily basis from start to finish while minimizing the disruption to our daily living space with great care and consideration. They treated our home with the same respect as if was their own. The job went very well. It finished on schedule and Seek, Design & Renovation were in constant contact with me. They ticked each item off the list and completed on time with good workmanship and the change order for pipes that needed moving discovered after demo was very reasonably priced. S, D&R will not leave a crew at your house with no supervision. The job manager checked in at our house frequently to be sure that the crew was completing the work correctly. They will do exactly what you ask them to do. I actually kind of wish I had added a couple more items to the list, as they were extremely professional and quick.

Seek design and renovation were very good. The design itself was even more than I had hoped. They were polite, professional and got the project done in a timely manner.

We obtained 3 quotes, and Seek Design was in the middle. Seek Design was professional at all times. Don showed up every day there were subs on site to make sure they knew their duties for the day. We had only one hiccup with plumbing, and that was addressed immediately. The tiler did an excellent job. We are very happy with the bathrooms and would certainly use them again if the need arises. We did use another source for the shower glass.

We first Seek Design in early 2016 to obtain a budgetary cost for extending our back patio. After we received the budgetary estimate, we went over a few options to get the cost down to something we believed would be in-line with what we could afford. Jacob followed up every month to see if we were ready to start the work. He wasn't pushy or rude. Just checking on us to see if we were ready. When we were finally ready, we schedule the day that the work would start and the crew showed up when they were supposed do, did an excellent job, finished early, and cleaned everything up and put things back like they were before. We didn't have to do anything afterwards.

We were very happy with the services provided by Seek Design and would gladly use them again. Don was very punctual and was always reachable by phone. Their contractors did great work and did not cut any corners.

I recently had renovations done by Seek Design and Renovations. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is wanting to upgrade or remodel their residence. The whole team was polite, professional and highly skilled in their particular area. You can easily reach Don, one of the owners and work foreman for any concerns you may have along the way. They do a beautiful job and I trust them completely in and with my home.

We hired Seek to update our fireplace and our master bath as well as paint the exterior of our home. These updates involved glass work, tile work, granite counter tops, plumbing, electrical as well as painting and all were done in a very professional manner. The tile work for the fireplace and bath looks great and we have no hesitation in recommending Seek to our friends and neighbors.

No work was completed, Thank God. The patronizing comments made to belittle a potential client showed the lack of professionalism. All I wanted was to schedule an appointment to complete a bathroom remodel. I was about to apologize for calling 3 times, which yes is annoying, but I'm at work and kept getting interrupted. I did leave a voicemail, but I don't think he ever heard it. Definitely not using in the future.

Seek Design did a great job on project. Don Prine was very informative concerning project which entailed what was to be done. He was on top of project almost every day. He did every thing that he said, that he would do. He even finished job a week earlier than first quoted. He even did some extras to satisfy customer.

didn't go as planned. jason had wrong time so he showed up late. office wanted to argue that i was wrong. jason admitted he made a mistake which was professional of him. he said he would email me a quote in a week. 2 1/2 weeks later he called and said he had emailed the quote the previous week. i explained i never received it. i also checked spam. to this day- still don't have it. so i hired someone else.

We could not be more pleased with the outcome of our kitchen updated by Seek Design and Renovation. All of the crew members, from the cabinet makers, painters, plumbers, electrician and a/c guys, were professional, courteous and respectful of our home. They made sure to clean their work area daily before leaving. I can be over zealous at times, but that was no problem for the owner, Don Prine, who kept me in the loop daily with what workers and what results to expect. Thanks to Seek Design and Renovation, our kitchen is amazing and looks just like we envisioned!

After months of deciding to have my 25 year old house remodeled I began to look for Contractors and found really good reviews on Seek Design & Renovations. From the first call it was a great experience. They were very timely on setting up the initial appointment and taking the time to understand what I wanted in terms of scope of work and style. They offered advice on cost and style ideas that I wouldn't have thought of. Once I signed then contract the work started almost immediately. I had explained that I would have to live in the house while the complete remodel was in progress and they accommodated my needs. I decided on some additional upgrades early in the process and they worked with me completely to fulfill all my wishes. They explained each step along the way. Engaging the optional decorator services was a huge plus for me because it gave me ideas I would not have thought of and freed me from a lot of tasks. I was literally amazed at the speed in which they remodeled my entire home - every wall & ceiling, two new bathrooms, a new kitchen, new lighting, new floors, etc. When friends now visit they are amazed. I now live in a brand new home due to the work performed by Seek Design & Renovation. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone regardless if they are doing a small or large project.

When we decided to convert our tub to a walk in shower in our master bathroom we called a few contractors for bids on the job. One was wildly expensive, another could never get us a price, but Seek Design and Renovation (SDR) were prompt and well within our budget. They started the job on a Monday and by Saturday the shower was finished. The glass is being cut but I am sure it will be installed promptly.The walk in shower is absolutely beautiful. At every step we were kept informed of the process and I am still amazed how fast it went. After the old tub and tiles were removed from the wall some rotten wood was discovered under the window, SDR fixed it immediately. It is so nice to have one company that can do everything in the remodel: tear out, framing bench, waterproof membrane, plumbing, electrical (we replaced a light above the shower too), and tile. After each days work they always left the work area clean and were very careful and respectful of the areas where they were working and walking through. I can not say enough about how happy we were with the whole project. I will definitely use SDR again and recommend them to my friends.

The tile came out very nicely on the floors and especially in the shower. A very nice tile shelf was also installed in the shower. The glass frame-less enclosure looks wonderful. The toilets and the shower valve installation were well done. The existing tub marble was slightly damaged on demolition of the old bullnose on the old tile when a small piece of marble broke off. Instead of replacing the entire piece or using a cut piece of bullnose to cover the area, silicone tape was used to cover the damage.

Don made lots of promises, but he was always in a hurry, apparently due to an impending cruise. His haste showed through in the quality of work that was done, and also in that he made decisions about the project without consulting me first. Everything down to choosing a weaker, cheaper exhaust fan in the bathroom. He came across as very chauvinistic. I was complaining about how he had cut into the tile to move the fixtures. He told me that what he did was better than what I had before. I was insulted. He was working through the project in the fastest way possible, clearly trying to get it done and get out. I didn't appreciate his attitude, and I would NOT recommend him to anyone.

The project went very well despite weather delays. The project included architectural plans all the way through to the finished product. The framing and finish detail is some of the best I've seen. It is custom home quality. The covered area tied into the roofline and it looks like it's part of the original house. The supervisor always communicated the progress of the job which I really liked. The finished product exceeded expectations.

Seek Design was the best price of 4 quotes I received. Their pricing was several thousand dollars below the others and the quality of work was excellent. They worked efficiently and made every effort to keep the dust and debris down to a minimum. Seek Design provided me with a solid estimate and the price did not fluctuate. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will use them again for any future projects I have.

We had two dated looking bathrooms in our 1978 US Homes built patio home that needed desperate attention. We brought in a number of design firms but felt Seek Design's approach was the best fit for our project. The hallway bathroom had a minor redesign done in 2003 and the master bathroom had remained in its original 1978 state other than a tile and toilet replacement also done in 2003. Each bathroom was worked on separately so we could utilize the facilities of the other bathroom that wasn't currently in the process of renovation. Seek Design's demolition team was able to remove all old tile, appliances and hardware in general within a day for each bathroom (in one case everything was done in just a few hours -- amazing). The plumbing team came next to address drains and the new fixtures we were adding and they returned as needed once other elements were installed (e.g. countertops, etc). Next the tile team did their work using materials we were able to select for floors and shower/bath walls. They were very efficient and speedy and completed the work as we'd specified. The cabinet team was able to come in earlier and have custom cabinets built in shaker-style that fit in perfectly with our new tile and hardware. The countertop team was also able to prepare everything ahead of time and was ready when cabinets went in. The shower glass team installed a new, modern frameless glass enclosure for our new shower with just 1 quick measurement and a short wait for its manufacture. We completely replaced the hallway bathroom's bathtub with a dedicated shower complete with floor to ceiling listello effects and two built in "boxes" to store shower essentials, etc. The master bathroom tub was completely replaced with a modern acrylic tub and again with beautiful floor to ceiling tiling and listello highlights. The toilets were replaced with a modern 2-option flushing system. New cabinets and countertops gave us the chance to install a vessel sink in both bathrooms with corresponding hardware to compliment. We are super proud of the work done and have had friends over who just wanted to see the new work as we'd been teasing the upgrades on Instagram and Facebook during the short time we had the work done. Communication from Don our contact with Seek Design was always excellent and he was able to effectively project manage the multiple teams in order to get our project completed as quickly as possible. Whenever one of the teams become unavailable Don was able to re-arrange the teams to get other work done ahead of schedule. In fact our cabinets and countertops were ready early in the project so their installation went very fast! Would definitely recommend Seek Design to my friends and family. Super positive experience!

Seek Design and renovation was our contractor for kitchen remodel. Seek was extremely professional and listened to all of our needs even took calls and texts after hours. Seek kept in touch with us through the whole time of the project and immediately corrected any work that did not meet our satisfaction. I will use Seek in the future and recommend them to anyone doing a home improvement project.

job went very well. All workers were friendly, piolite, professional and good craftman. They all aimed to please and everyone of the checklist/finishing items were completed without any issues. The job did take a few days longer then expected but they were very responsive and made sure everything was done to specifications. I would highly recommend Seek Design for your home improvement needs.

Don Prine responded within hours of our request for an estimate. We agreed on a set date and time for him to come out. He was punctual and professional. He took measurements, explained the procedure, and made us feel confident in his ability to do the work. We received an estimate a few days later. His prices were competitive and fair. For various reasons, none of which had anything to do with Seek Design and Renovation, we decided to hire a different renovation company. Don was our second choice out of five different companies. We may use him for another job in the future.
