I reached out to Seek Design and Renovation after finding their ad in the Angie's List magazine. I first left a message on their website and then called the next day and left a voicemail. I did not get a response back from either message. I want to work with someone who tries to earn my business and not make me beg for it.

Great craftsmanship, especially with the slab and brick work. Work was completed in a timely manner. Construction team was courteous. We hit a few bumps and snags, but Don was quick to make things right. Seek Design was not our least expensive quote, but you get what you pay for.

Seek Design & Renovation did a FABULOUS job on the built in cabinet for our formal living room. It is exactly what we wanted. During the construction, I had a lot of questions regarding number of doors and number of shelves that worked best in our room. They took the time to make different options so that I could see what the each result would look like. And they did all of this on while staying on schedule! They were very diligent about keeping the space clean and free of debris. I have little kids, so that was really important to me. While they were here, we even had them redo some other cabinet doors in our home to match the new cabinet. We got quotes from other contractors and found Seek Design & Renovation to be very competitive. We have already recommended them to our neighbors!

Seek Design & Renovation is an absolutely great company with which to work. They are diligent and professional in their work, and the quality of the work that was done at our home definitely provides the proof of that assertion for me. Prior to selecting Seek Design, we had several other remodeling companies provide us with estimates, as well as design ideas. We chose Seek Design for various reasons, including overall pricing, the quality of work that we viewed on their website, the fact that they are a local company, but more importantly, we chose them after they came to our home to discuss the projects in depth. During this conversation, we covered the scope of the projects and outlined our expectations, which were certainly met, for the completed projects. That provided us with a sense of assurance that these projects would be well done, and on a timely basis. From my perspective, they held up to that assurance very well. This type of follow-through, as well as true quality workmanship and being responsible for said quality, is sometimes difficult to find with remodeling companies. To find this present in Seek Design's way of doing business is very refreshing. As anyone who has had remodeling done, these type of projects can be a hassle to the homeowners, in, and of, themselves. The representatives of Seek Design did their absolute best to reduce that factor to a degree that I have rarely seen. The end result of the overall project is a remodeled indoor/outdoor living area that we are excited to see. We are looking forward to enjoying it. My wife and I highly commend Seek Design & Renovation for their work. We would definitely consider them for any future projects in, and around, our home.

We completely re-did the kids bathroom and replaced the tub with a walk-in tiled shower with glass frameless door. Also, changed out the vanity, lights and toilet. Seek Design and Renovation's professionalism, affordable cost and responsiveness is what led me to choose them from the 3 bids I received. I'm impressed with the delivery of services and the project was completed a week earlier than anticipated. I absolutely will use them again.

Seek Design & Renovation came out and gave us an estimate on replacing our shower floor. They explained to us how they were going to fix it and made us aware of possible problems we might encounter. We had them replace the shower floor tiles and replace the shower pan. We purchased the materials for our job. They gave us suggestions about what products would work best and we appreciated their advice. They were always punctual and courteous. They finished the job on time and we were very happy with their work. The shower floor turned out beautifully! We would definitely recommend Seek Design & Renovation to our friends.

We were very happy with the work done. They were on time everyday and completed the job on schedule. They fixed work that had been done by the previous contractor to make the result more uniform. They were courteous enough to let us know when they were leaving so we were always aware of who was at the house. Not every contractor does that, and we really appreciated it! I would definitely recommend Don and his team!

While we did have bids that were slightly less expensive, we choose Seek due to their reputation and continue to work with them on additional projects due to the high quality of their work. Seek has been very responsive to our requests for communication, clarification of the projects and the crews havebeen very professional. It is nice that the construction crews leave our yard in an orderly fashion each day. We are thrilled with the work provided by Seek.

Seek & Design Renovation was quite busy when I first made contact, and it took a little bit to get the job quoted. However, they were very responsive in keeping me up to date and letting me know when I could expect the quote after they met with me and noted my project desires. Once the contract was initiated (which was a very seamless process), Seek & Design scheduled the work promptly and spent a great deal of time explaining the plans to accomplish my desired outcomes through every step of the project. The entire project consisted of 3 separate projects: replacing siding outside; removing a large corner garden bath tub in the master bath and replacing it with a corner walk-in closet; and enclosing the cavity left by removing my inside A/C unit and making it into a pantry/closet. The whole project only took 2.5 days and Seek & Design worked very efficiently and in a very organized manner. They cleaned up after each step and were very professional and courteous - even warning me when it might get noisy for a bit. This project was no easy job and before starting I was very apprehensive since I've never done any remodeling or repair work to my house previously. Now that it is all finished, I'm so glad I chose Seek & Design Renovation. They made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process and assured me of any concerns I had, and answered every single question (no matter how silly) and never made me feel like I was putting them out or annoying them (and I did ask a lot of questions). I am quite a perfectionist and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. The work is beautiful and I'm going to really enjoy using my new spaces. I will definitely hire Seek & Design Renovation again for any work I need done to my home in the future. I'm already recommending them to family!

Seek Design & Renovation hit the proverbial “home run”! It was extremely stressful even getting to the point of contacting a provider knowing that strangers were going to be inside the house. Not to mention all the nightmare stories one hears of remodeling. When we got the courage to call, we called Seek Design. Their staff was so professional, caring, …we don’t have enough words to describe how refreshing it was to find Seek Design. They have insurance, background checks, licensed technicians, you name it. They have it. They were always on time, on budget, and extremely flexible in changes as we proceeded through the remodel. After each day of work, they cleaned-up inside and outside the house. Did I mention on time and on budget. When delays occurred, what little did, we were always notified in advance and they still finished on time. In the end, the remodel resulted in more than what we expected! The tile, glass shower, vanity, everything just turned out beautiful. So impressed, we decided to start our next project in advance, repainting the whole interior of the house as well as adding an exhaust vent over the stove, with Seek Design and Renovation.

I had an extremely discouraging and unprofessional experience with the contractor who initiated the project for us. He actually walked away from the project when it was unfinished. I had met Don thru Lowe's and he had given me his business card. I contacted Don to finish the bathroom/shower area for my parents living area. The difference was unmeasurable. Don was professional from the very beginning ! He listened to my "issues" with the previous contractor and nothing needed to be repeated. He communicated if there was any sort of delay, the quality of workmanship was way beyond my expectations, and the job was completed within the expected time frame WITHOUT any callbacks. As Don will tell you, he can be a little high with his price quotes but to have a smooth exceptional experience is worth every penny.

Arrived on the agreed date and time promptly, materials received were not fit to use, so they promptly retrieved new materials to ensure quality of work, crew was professional and curteous and provided information throughout the project. Final walk through of work after completed and resolution provided for any discrepancies (which were very minimal). The team was extra careful and made sure that I was satisfied with the work done.

Everything went very well. Don, our contact with Seek, was very professional and punctual. The workers assigned to the project showed up on time and worked late to complete the job in fewer days than had been estimated. Their work was also of very high quality.

The first wasn’t that great. The second experience was a little bit better but we did have to have them come out and almost totally redo one of the bedrooms because it was hollow underneath the tiles. But they did come out to repair and replace it. On the first visit, they were supposed to come out on a Monday, between 7 and 9. I called at 9:30 and they said they had another job so they can’t come out that day. No information was being given. I kinda need to know what’s going on. They were fairly professional.

Was pleased with the work. They were good to cover as much as they could with plastic to cut down on the dust, but you just have dust when you take out old tile floors. Felt safe with the workers. They pushed themselves and worked hard and did a great job.

The installation crew of three were excellent, removed old carpet, floated entire floor, installed new laminate and quarter rounding. The edge of the room goes into an very uneven stone wall near the fire place and each board was contour cut to fit into the grooves of the uneven stone.

Seek Design and Renovation remodeled the entire Master Bathroom. Everyone involved in this job was very polite, professional and did an excellent job. Since we have had this shower redone twice by previous contractors, this was the third time and we are very pleased with the job Seek Design and Renovation has done. We highly recommend Seek Design and Renovation for any remodeling needs.
