 + -1 moreour last problem was today when a big leak occurred due to incredibly bad workmanship with the rather than providing and cutting the correct length o pic pipe, their shoddy work comes apart within months. Then, when they come do the semi yearly inspection and work this potential problem is missed. We have paid this company thousands of dollars overtime, inclusive a a complete new top of the line system. Yes, we have been on their maintenance twice a year plan. This company's owner will be contacted so he can personally inspect his tech's atrocious work.
Description of Work: For many, many years we have used this company, It used to be good, but now each time a technician comes to do anything something goes wrong within weeks/months. While the owner has been accommodating in the past, the quality of the technicians is awful.

 + -1 moreThe technician arrived on time and was very thorough and professional. He took the time to explain everything that he was looking for and any issues that should be concerning to us as home buyers. I will be using Season's for all of our AC/Heating maintenance and checkups in the future.

Description of Work: I have used Seasons AC for many years and they have always been professional and fair with both service and price. This time they came to do annual heating and AC maintenance and end up adding acid wash cleaning of unit as well. Technicians will always welcome homeowners questions and are happy to teach and explain, as well as having you watch them while work is being performed. Suggestions for care and improvement are always offered.

 + -1 moreOnce they rushed out here in an hour for an emergency call, which was excellent. They are a good company to have a relationship with. They always fix it right and are very nice.
Description of Work: My air conditioner was leaking freon, so he fixed that and some other stuff on the air conditioner.
