Description of Work: Replaced the pool filter. They did not connect the inside mechnaism and all the sand ended up in the pool. The di not take responsibility and I had to get anotehr service out to fix the problem. It took several weeks

As hectic as the pool business has been this year, I was trying to juggle our first appointment together with another client’s wish to purchase one of our pools. Their own schedule had suddenly changed the day/time we were supposed to meet up, so I was trying accommodate them as well. Description of Work: We submitted a request via email for a pool service quote. We received a call from a very professional representative within an hour or two, and it turns out they are to capacity for services and cannot help us with our needs. I very much appreciated the call back even though they could not help...a true sign of quality. We also sent two other requests to different providers, and they have yet to call, and we will not use their services even if they do.
