We offer water heater repair and replacement (tank type and tank less). Water and sewer line replacement and repair. Whole home water line replacement(re-piping of the home). Under slab plumbing repair(tunneling), fixture repair and replacement. Filtration design and installation. Garbage disposals , Toilet repairs and installation. We install specialty products like Flo Tech for water de-calcification and de-scaling (removes water spots and adds life to fixtures, hot water tank, dish washer).

I hate you feel that way Mrs [Member Name Removed]. I know it's hard when you buy yourself a new home and find out the cosmetics look great with new faceplates but they actually left the old fixtures and piping in the wall that was original to the home. I would be a little aggrivated as well knowing i just spent alot of money on a remodeled home and still have alot off the original plumbing everywhere that just was covered up so noone could see it. Its a shame but this happens alot. My advice to anyone buying an older home is to is to get the real Professional trades out thier to do a walk through. It may cost you a little in the beggining but, the money you save on the other end is extremely Greater than what you invested.On that particular job we had to completely shut down the water and Drain the home. Move a washing machine, install new brass heavy duty shut offs for the washer, then put everything back as it was before we arrived. She has a 2 year warranty bullet proof warranty on parts and labor. Mrs [Member Name Removed], I wish you the Best of Luck with your new home. As far as the reviews are concerned, we only ask each customer to convey thier honest opinion of our service. The responses alow us to make changes when and where they are needed. It went well he was proffesional .
Description of Work: Evaluated the leak from bath tub and was honest and fair on informing me of the problem. Do to his honesty, I hire him to install the garbage disposal and he was very professional and prompt. He is very attentive and what I like mostly was his honesty. I don't know much about plumbing and he could have taking advantage of charging me for the tub but instead he gave me ideas on how to solve the problem on my own and save money. I would hire him on future jobs

We always Thank Everyone for any response, whether it is positive or negative. As the owner is does help me to steer the company on direction. In this response, I would like to say that I seen a lower rating on price. As the owner of this company, I would have to say that the operations cost of actually running a company by the books is extremely costly. I f anyone looks at ratings, ratings cost money, OK, let me explain please. if you take a 4.9 rated company, versus a 3.0 rated company. OK, this simply means, the 4.9 company spends alot of money on hiring, this means safety and background checks for techs in each home. It also means that they spend alot of thier budgets on Profesional Training programs. This in turn simply means we spend alot of money to make sure without a shadow of a doubt that a trained and Texas Licensed tech shows up at your home. The real difference in pricing really boils down to simply that. So, anyone can ask yourself, which type of tech would you like at your home?. In this particular situation, I , as the owner , actually talked to the homeowner. By the way, an extremely intelligent individual and a pleasure to talk to. I qouted a price over the phone which we really never do. Once we arrived, the project was alot more extensive than predicted. As the owner, it is company policy to validate your word. We live by a code of Honesty and Integrity. We kept our word and made all repairs and still offered the same warranty for the original price that was offered over the phone.
