This was a big deal purchase. They were good. Actually he did see a problem and I did not see it. They were good for what I called him out for, but it was an error on my part. It was very easy what he had to do. He did see something else, like a faucet that was kind of drippy. I did not get it, but I got it after I left. He could have said he could fix it while he was here and I guess I wish he would have done that. But he did do what I called him up to do. He definitely addressed the issue that I called him out for but I am going to have to get somebody else to address the issue I wish he would have done. I had to wait a little while for him to come out after I bought the deal.

The replacement went very well and it was accomplished in just a few hours. I am quite satisfied with the work and the finished product. WE would use them again.

Overpriced. $800.00 for two faucets. With his offered discount it would have been $600.00. I went ahead and paid around $250.00 for the washroom faucet because I was tired from my home buying experience and I really needed to wash.

Bill was very professional and explained care of the toilet, and what to watch for. I was very impressed with his knowledge and ability to explain needs of the home. He even noticed a slow leak on the top of the hot water heater - tightened the blot - prior to leaving. He will be my plumber from now on! Thank you Bill!

I was very impressed of the service I received. The owner/technician was professional and did a thorough job. They are reasonable and easy to work with.

He is a crook. I called to ask if he could hook up my new bathroom sink and he talked me out of the Angie's List $29 coupon saying that I would save a lot more money if I didn't purchase the coupon. He came and put in a plastic expandable drain. I found out that this was a quick flyby night trick to cost more money to fix right later. He tells me that it was done and ready to go and charged me $239 but took off the $50 I would have gotten with the $29 coupon. However, the very first time I used the sink, it started leaking. So then he came back he charged me for a second trip, an additional $228. My first complaint is that it was not my fault he had to make a second trip to install a sink because he didn't check for leaks, especially such an obvious leak, on the first trip. So what he set himself up for was a second trip charge and the "so call $50 saved" cost me an extra $228. My second complaint is I am still going to have to hire someone to replace this temporary plastic drain he put in because it is not meant to be a permanent fix. And if he thinks that I will be calling him back after paying him $417, he has another thing coming.

Bill is excellent, and is a great educator. We really enjoyed meeting him and learning about his business. He was able to fix our much needed issues.

More expensive than I anticipated but he was punctual, professional, and was up-front about all charges.

Overall it was a bit unprofessional. The plumber showed up with his wife and came across as if he did not know entirely what he was doing. The work itself was done and he ended up completing the job. The total duration of the project was about an hour and half. The charges seemed excessive for the amount of work performed. The price he quoted me was three times that off the cost on the Moen website. His labor rates came out to in excess of $300 an hour.

Great job, very responsive, timely and knew exactly what to do. Never felt oversold on any services as I do with most plumbing companies.

The repairs were complicated by lack of easy access. Substantial cutting was required to remove both the broken drain assembly and part of a structural beam blocking access to the original piping. Bill (proprietor) took care of these efficiently and effectively, and completed the demo and reinstall work in under 2 hours. Pricing was very reasonable, and I would be happy to call on his services in the future.

The sink is draining great now. The work didn't take long and he explained everything that he was doing as he worked. Bill was very courteous and professional. Will definitely use him again!
