I GUESS HE WAS RIGHT, HARVEY GONE, AND NO MORE WATER.

Purchased an offer on Angie's List for Plumbing Right Now and they called me very quickly to see what I needed to get done. We had to wait a few days to get the work done as we were not an emergency and they likely were swamped with people who had purchased the offer. They came on the day and time planned and called to give me an update of when the plumber was arriving. He was courteous, knowledgeable and prepared. He did an excellent job installing the faucet and firmly mounting the water tap. It took a bit of troubleshooting to get the touchless features working, but he kept working until everything was working just right, then took the time to explain the operation to us. Overall it was an excellent experience and I'd certainly use them again.

Mr. Bill arrived within the time period stated. He quickly assessed why my kitchen sprayer faucet had failed, removed it and installed our replacement very efficiently. He shared the type of designs that avoid the problem we had in future. His work has a one year warranty which passes to any new owner. Very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. My husband and I are both thrilled to have this done properly for such a reasonable price. We would absolutely call Right Now Plumbing again and would recommend to friends and family. Much better than spending an entire Saturday morning and perhaps into the afternoon, bashing away under the sink.

They were prompt. The owner, Bill, was the one that acutally did the work, so he made sure the work was done properly. It went very well, I have no complaints. We think he did a good job.

Great. Faucet fixe in less than 10 minutes.

They have become our go-to plumbers. Quick, friendly, knowledgeable, reliable, reasonably priced. This is the second job they've done for us and I couldn't be happier with the service.

I got my sewer line taken care of. The owner of the company came himself. There was no additional charges. When he told me he would be coming, he did not come on time. I had to call him a couple of times. He said, okay, okay I am coming, I am coming. The quality was fine. He did a good job. He was polite on the phone. He was very polite and everything but just a little bit, if someone tells me they will be here at 9 and I don't see the person by 10, I call them back. They say okay, I am coming and then I have to call again. It becomes a little bit of irresponsibility. He was nice and good to talk to but he was a little on the casual side. He did a good job. Once he was here, he did a very good job. I was very happy.

They never got in contact with me to this day.

He re-insulated and got everything taped down which I was not expecting him to do but everything works just fine now. He did an excellent job. He explained everything and actually had to do the job within 2 days. When I first called him later in the afternoon he came out that night to start. He showed up a few days later to finish and he was very careful with everything and even replaced our shut off valve. I am very impressed with his quality of work, and work ethic. He showed me what went wrong and exactly what he was going to fix. I highly recommend this company.

No work done, paid was money to Angie's List last year, but I received a call from the plumbing company a few days later to advise the company does not service my area. No money received back, but I assume there is still a credit for the $29.00 at Angie's List.

Very well. Needed to replace mechanism for a pressure-assist toilet. Plumber found the mechanism was still under warranty and replaced it.

They arrived promptly and the job was completed in a minimum of time.

From the first time I talked with him he was very pleasant and willing to work with our needs. He gave the initial bid that was a little high, but we talked with him and he lowered it by $100. He also warranties his work. He was very nice and very pleasant. He worked on my rental so I have not seen the work but my renter has not complained at all.

Terrific service, always on time, wonderful client service and an overall great experience, The owner Bill has great customer service and is thorough. Bill is always there at the appointment when he says he will be.

It was just fine. They came when they said they would. They sent two people.

Plumber successfully corrected leaking by using plumbing tape from shower head to wall connection.

I have used him before and he is excellent and I will highly recommend him. He is prompt, knowledgeable and it was all good.

It was great! He arrived 15 minutes early and was totally prepared to do the work. Brought our old installation up to date to comply with today's standards. He worked straight through until all of the work was done and left our home/garage as clean as when he arrived. Great job.

Everything went well, the technician was on time, was polite and got the job done quickly. He was willing to answer all of my questions. Even though the charge was a bit higher than the deal, I am satisfied with the outcome.

I was surprised how little time this took even though they said there were some issues behind the brick. Great job.

The experience was not good, but they did refund my money. He supposedly stopped a leak at the kitchen faucet, which it didn't stop. After he left, you had to jiggle it around to get it to stop from leaking. The sink in the bathroom was running slow and he was just supposed to clear something out. That little elbow pipe underneath. After he left here, a few days later a leak sprung underneath there and ruined my cabinets, when I had never had a leak under there and the toilet in the back would flush itself every few minutes. Well it's still doing it and he came back a second time because he brought his little son that day. Literally two trips, the toilet is still flushing itself and my water bill goes up when it does that. Basically, he did nothing that worked. He supposedly drained my water heater, which he probably did and then turned the heat up on the water heater so the water was scalding when you turned it on. So, I was very very unhappy with everything that was done. I was better off before he came. When they sent me the thing on the email, I sent back the evaluation and evaluated this, that, and the other. Well I gave them "F's on everything except punctuality. He was very punctual to come over here and do nothing. I would say he was polite, but being polite when you haven't done what you are suppose to do. I didn't think he should of brought his kid with him. He didn't really do anything on that visit either. Just like he was out in the neighborhood or something and had his kid with him and came by. It just wasn't good. I did have to get someone to fix the leak. I really had to go about getting all of this done. So, what I did was go through my home warranty company, which I should of done in the first place and then I had to send them $125 to undo all the stuff. If he would of done what he was suppose to have done, the price would not have been an "F", but he didn't do it. None of it was done like it was suppose to be. He must be used to be giving money back because he said "Just call in and they will give you your money back." I knew all along that I could get that all done through my warranty company for the one fee of $125, which is my service call fee, but since his fee was $99, I thought I would be saving something and I really didn't. So, it was my fault for thinking that I could get something cheaper. I would never do another tune up of any kind, because it seems like he wants to come into your home and see how your system is going and then he writes up a thing telling me how he could fix this, that, and the other for $695. But the killer is, he didn't fix anything. So basically he was drumming up more business. He is not tuning up anything. I could probably tighten up my kitchen sink if I wanted to get a screwdriver out and tighten up that screw. I thought that was ridiculous.

Came to inspect but never came back to replace it.
