They arrived immediately after I submitted request. Unfortunately, it was Labor Day weekend and the part needed, could not be picked up until Tuesday. Early Tuesday morning they called to schedule appointment for that day. They arrived promptly and got the work done quickly. I would definitely use them again.

Replacement central ac/furnace installed yesterday. The installation looks good and it’s cooling well. What sets these guys apart is their approach to work. They act like they actually want it. There was no scheduling an appointment with the scheduling department, no waiting for days for a formal quote that’s invariably overpriced, no nonsense. My first contact was with the owner, Alberto, on Friday. He quoted a ballpark estimate over the phone based on a quick conversation about the project and said he had availability for the following day. After a visit same day to firm up the scope and quote, work was schedule to begin the following day, Saturday, at 10. Total scope was replacing the condenser, evaporator, furnace, associated equipment and all duct work, as well as sealing the trunk line to prevent leaks. They arrived on time and completed the job in just over 8 hours. Work was steady and efficient despite very high temperatures in my attic. Pricing was fair and in line with what I’ve read online about and by HVAC contractors in other cities. For some reason it’s tough to find a contractor in Houston that doesn’t price gouge, waste your time or otherwise jerk you around. I’m happy with the work, will use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

A Plus installed an HVAC system in my residence. They proved to be reliable, and they sent a friendly crew for the installation. I will hire them again if a project like this comes up.
