Our A/C system overall was not cooling like it should or had. Jeff came out, did his inspection of the system, and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Very knowledgeable and willing to help get it right. Jeff also brought to our attention a number issues in the attic and with our air return or lack thereof, and the duct-work that was causing less than ideal cooling and told us how to remedy those situations; very helpful advice. I thought the bill for his services was more than reasonable. Will definitely be putting their card on the refrigerator.

The customer service was excellent. The crew kept me informed while the work was being done and were very professional. I am very happy with the results.

Ariel did a great job with customer service on the initial proposal and Larry and Edwin were excellent on the install. Everyone was professional, courteous and prompt.

Quick, friendly and professional work

The service rep came 2 hrs early, did not have a new thermostat needed, but for $50 more would install one he had with him. I had another appt and did not have time so he said he would go get the regular thermostat and come back in 90 mins. But the office called and said he had other service calls to complete. She would have to reschedule me tomorrow. After pitching a **tantrum** the scheduler called me back and the original service tech would be back today. But my original service call was to include an A.C. check-up as well as the thermostat repair/replacement. The technician did not know about the A.C. check-up and did not have time to conduct it. What we had was a failure to communicate between employees.

Very respectful and professional

I appreciated their fast response. They came the day I called and fixed our problem the very next day-

Cleaned the outside unit, replaced capacitor, did not charge me for the initial visit.

These guys tried to get new a/c coil to fit in the roof, and eventually had to switch to a smaller coil, which took an addional three hours to install.

Excellent service all around. Responsive, listens, and provides solutions at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Larry and Kevin replace my evaporator coil at our house and he did exactly what he said he would do and he was very professional and very affordable and didn't lie to us like a certain guy that works for a certain air condition company that have worked with us for a long time that he knows who he is. But definitely would recommend A-Plus and their technicians Larry and Kevin

This is the unsolicited letter I sent to them on May 15, 2020: Dear Ariel, I just wanted to take a moment to tell you about my experience with your company and the three technicians that came to work at my home. I will start with the techs, Larry, Edwin and Kevin. I donâ t know where you found these young men but they had exceptional manners. They were kind and responded to any question with thoughtful answers and they didnâ t mind explaining things to us. We were never put off, they were always available for us. Although I know nothing about the installation of duct work I will say that the job they did looks lovely. They cleaned all of the boxes, installed the new grilles and cleaned up the mess. I had one problem with low air flow in one bedroom but they came back today and installed a damper. They had me check to be sure I was happy with the flow before they left. Finally, which was actually the beginning, your bid was equal to another bid. We chose your company because you did an excellent job representing it. Good quality, fast service, job complete.

Both the techs who came to my home and the people in the front office were courteous and helpful. They even returned the very next day when I asked them to check some of the vent piping they had installed. The same techs returned and they even helped replace the flex vent pipe coming out of my dryer - work they really didn't have to do.
