NBL Air Conditioning and Heating

NBL recommends the replacement of the evap coil due to a leak at the expander valve at a cost of $2700. Also unit was 5 lbs low on Freon. I opted for 2nd opinion. Serviceman found leaking valve fitting which he secured and then topped off Freon with one lb. Will not recommend your service or NBL.

Everyone was so wonderful! They explained how they were going to do the work as well as how long it would take them. They were so fast and efficient with thier work! Teh entire crew wsa so nice and courteous, they even laid down blankets on the floors and stairs for protection. I was amazed, I just got the house repainted and not one mark was left on the wlls, that's how careful they were!! I stongly recomend NBL for any HVAC needs.

Ariel, the owner, came out the same day I called. Gave us a great deal, and then had the installation guys came out the very next day. So far they have done an amazing job. Clean up after themselves and have answered any questions we have had along the way. Solid job and looking forward to a cooler summer!

They were the first to respond to my request. Offered to come Sunday but said if I could wait until Monday, the charges would be reduced so I waited. The technician, Raul, was right on time. He had to go to Home Depot for a part. He fixed the furnace within 15 minutes and the cost was very reasonable. He was very polite, courteous, and professional. I'm very happy to recommend this company!
