They figured out the problem and solved it quickly. Having no heat is serious when it's freezing.

Were supposed to clean ducts n vents. Looks like NOTHING was done. (Husband at home supervising, lesson learned). Vents still filthy. One hanging down. Family heirloom blanket moved from chair to bed?? Left lights on.

They came out to clean the dryer vent and had to come back a second day because the dryer was not vented properly outside. The second visit they cut a hole in the outside wall and installed a screen. They did not charge for the first visit even though they did clean out the vent.

Totaly replaced my central AC/heating system. Very courteous. Extremely competent technicians. Extremely responsive to my questions. Will definitely hire them again.

The A-plus service technicians were on time and very professional. They covered their boots with shoe covers before entering the house, they finished the job in the time frame they estimated, the quote given was what we paid and they cleaned up upon completion. Dishonesty after all I realized, all I needed was a circuit breaker reset.That was an expensive reset, what a rip off!!!!!!

Great service, guy spent lot of time up in attic and got into units and made sure everything was cleaned and in tip top shape. Just missed on the repair portion and made $3,000 estimation when it needed only $300 repair.
