This pro did a great job, I was very happy with the work.

This is the most honest A\C man I have ever dealt with.

Arrived on time and asked specific questions about problem. Went into attic and checked unit and got it working. Stated it was a bad thermostat. He offered to replace but I declined because I wanted a specific brand and could install it myself.

Ariel was very formal and explained everything to us and answered all of our questions. The crew was outstanding. They were all very polite and hardworking. I will recommend your company to my family and friends. Thank you.

I would have liked the technician who installed my thermostat to spend a little time explaining how my thermostat worked instead of telling me to operate it manually! I was disappointed as soon as they left I have been having problems with the temperature setting.

Fast efficient and courteous

The service was to clean the air handler coil and condensate trays in the attic. The problem was a build up of dirt on the coil - probably from renters running it without a filter. They said the coil couldn't be cleaned but they would give me a good price to replace the complete unit. I'll continue to try to clean the coil, before any other options.

Customer service was great. Only slight complain was they were late for the inspection and didn't call to inform. I had to follow up my self.

It only took about 8 hrs. They cleaned up behind themselves and were gone.

Professional installers in company vehicles. Clean and efficient work. Fair pricing with added extra attention to details. A A/C is my new air conditioning company!

Within 2 hours of calling APlus, Ariel was at the house inspecting the system . We knew it was old and needed to be replaced. We were given a great price and work was scheduled for 2 days later. Albert, Edwin, and Richard arrived in the morning and put in a whole new heating/ac system in about 8 hours. Their work was very thorough and well done. Professional and friendly...excellent job. The installers were very professional they put tarps over the carpet to avoid any mess. They did very good work and very clean the work was completed in a short time and everything worked great the A/C is cold and the heat works great. I would definitely recommend this company.
