New ACs and Furnaces seem to be working great. Very happy!

This company was extremely responsive to our needs. The only issue we had was that the attic staircase was damaged. APlus arranged to have a carpenter come repair the staircase trim the next day.

The heat went out. They came the next day, and installed two new systems the following day. The service was exceptional and the gentlemen who came knew what needed to be done. Very professional from start to finish and I recommend them for all your needs.

Alberto and his assistant were Promt, Courteous and EFFICIENT. I will certainly hire them again.

My furnace worked fine. I wanted a maintenance call to get ready for the winter season. Was told all good for use. The next time it was cold and I turned on the heat, it was not working. The technicians had a work order that said they were to check my air conditioner as well. I did not ask for an air conditioner check. Less than 15 minutes in my attic, the technician was done and I paid 125.00. I now have to call out another company to see why my furnace does not work. I subsequently discovered many other companies were offering a much lower fee for the beginning of winter maintenance calls. I found this company on another, similar review and contracting website and used them as they were the first to call me back. Stupid me. Lesson learned.

The techs were very knowledgeable and friendly. They answered all our questions and did everything we hired them to do (complete replacement of our furnace and A/C). They did not leave a mess when they left, everything was as it was before they began. The owner, Ariel did a great job coordinating the job and following up afterward. All in all, a great job. Will definitely refer A Plus Air-Conditioning and Heating to others.

I hired A-Plus to replace my old AC unit and heating system. The owner was great to work with, and the install was done quickly and without drama.

The technicians were outstanding in every way! They were on time, courteous, knowledgeable, clean, and thorough. They unclogged my dryer vent three different ways from behind my dryer, as well as, from the crawl space and roof. Overall, they provided a professional and competent service at a very reasonable price. I ll definitely be using them for future services!

They were great and got the job done promptly. The only complaint I have is that they left a mess with some dirt smudges on the ceiling around the grates and black dust on our kitchen chairs and beds.

I hired A Plus Air-Conditioning and Heating to completely inspect and give me total cost. After being charged $20,000 the owner came to me today and said did you see the picture of additional problem that my employee sent you of the old equipment that is bad. I never received any picture and if I did is irrelevant. They fail the initial task of complete inspection and report or either they knew other problems existed and they were waiting for next go around. Arial the owner was suppose to let me know what was needed right at the beginning not after he collected the 20K and then tell me more work is needed.

It was very good. Everything was finished within 4 hours and we got our AC back during summer which is super great

The installation crew were professional, showed up "on time", were efficient yet took the time to do it right, and knew the answers to any questions. I would hire them again without hesitation.
