Returned my initial call very quickly, even though it was Sunday. Technician was on time Monday morning and resolved my problem very efficiently and with full explanations about A/C problem. Would certainly go back to them again!

Ariel Ramos, the tech that worked on air conditioner was great. Right on time, professional, and friendly. The only reason I did not give a higher mark for value is that the freon has gotten so expensive. That's no one's fault though. It just is what it is.

I had another, name brand A/C company out. They diagnosed the problem but wanted to charge me over double for the work, and the attitude was that they were doing me a favor. A Plus was able to do the same thing (half the price) and get to scheduled right away.

I had all of the ducts replaced. They arrived on time and worked all day till the project was complete. The team was cordial and cleaned up after they finished. I would hire then again and highly recommend them.

I started an inquiry on Angies List and A plus was the first company to reach out to me. They came by the house the following morning and diagnosed the issue I was having with my heater. The following day they were back with parts. I m a landlord and live across the country. They made sure to keep me and the tenants apprised throughout the process.
