Our A/C went out at the most inconvenient time- the evening our family came to town to visit from out of town. I messaged Mr. Chill that night and heard back right away that someone would be out the next day to check it out. The temperature got up to 85 degrees in our house the next day so thankfully our technician got here and found the problem right away- that we needed a new condenser. He replaced it in no time and almost immediately the house started to cool down and within about 2 hours the temperature was back down to 73, thank goodness. Now we have some happy guests! I highly recommend this company!

Gus was our Tech. He was courteous, prompt, and professional. Our gas furnace stopped working (it would ignite but not blowing air). Gus inspected it and found a large roofing nail had worked its way into our furnace and was keeping it from working. This was surprising because it had been over a year since we had gotten a new roof--but Gus found it, and he got our furnace working again before the really cold weather arrives. If we ever need another AC or heater repair, we will be calling Mr. Chill. They honored our Angie's list coupon, which saved us money--but even the price before the coupon was decent (it would have cost $120 without the coupon). Highly recommend.

Flawless. Great Job on both locations

The entire process was quite an undertaking. They had to remove the old furnace and all the components would be installed in the attic. The team was prompt and they built a deck up in the attic which they left so maintenance would be much easier. Their work was done in just a few days and every question we had along the way, they answered. Very passionate about what they do. We felt very good about the work they were doing and how everything was being installed. Exceptional! They had a few issues because our house was so old, but they took their time and finished the job in a professional and timely manner. We needed some small painting around a vent in one of the bathrooms, which shifted because of the new install. They came out later and re-finished/painted at no extra charge. I Highly recommend Mr Chill to anyone needing any work done on any aspect of their heating or cooling systems. Thanks Mr Chill.

Where 2 other companies quoted changing the compressor and capacitor, Paul found the only problem was the capacitor. Paul was very informative and genuinely cared. He even explained frequent a/c maintenance tips and informed to never expect the temperature inside to reach more than 20 degrees less than actual temperature outside which I never knew but once explained, I got it. Couldn't be any happier with the service and monetary result. I will refer Mr. Chill to everyone I know.

Called on Monday and was able to schedule for Tuesday. Paul showed up ahead of time (was actually waiting on me to get there!), and found problems quickly. We have used Mr. Chill for many years for all types of a/c and furnace work and have always been well satisfied with servicemen, workmanship, and prices. They've done everything from new installs of both a/c and heaters, evaporators, ductwork to regular maintenance on a rental mobile home, storage business, and our own home. They have never sold us anything we didn't need and have always told us an estimate before any major repairs or replacements. Wouldn't call anyone else. Highly recommend!!!!

The installation of our new system went well. Mark and his apprentices were actually ten minutes early! We were told it would take a half day but they were finished and had completed clean-up in less than four hours. They timed the work so that we never experienced a drop in temperature on a very warm morning. It was a very positive experience overall.

All went well. I think it was a blown capacitor and they also cleaned the coils and gave it an overall check up. I would like to add that Paul Holder (Mr. Chill) is a Christian. He cares about people and will not give you less than the best of his ability.
