Where do we start....First, let us tell you that we ended up with a BEAUTIFUL home under budget. Second, let us tell you how we got there....... Our family was relocated from out of state to the Houston area earlier this year. We reached out to a few friends in the Houston area and Mary came highly recommended. We gave Mary a call and explained that we had to sell our house before we moved to Houston and that it was going to be a few months before we moved due to us not wanting to move in the middle of the school year. She completely understood and immediately started working on a plan that would best fit our situation. We gave her our "Wish List" of about 100 things that we wanted our new house to have. Mary took the list and went to work! Mary came up with several houses that matched up with our seemingly ridiculous list and made time to fit our crazy schedule. We were scheduling sporadic trips to Houston to view homes. Mary was always accommodating and patient no matter how many homes we wanted to look at. Due to Mary's attention to detail and willingness to listen she became very keen to our likes and dislikes. This was very helpful in maximizing our time spent in Houston. Her knowledge about the Houston housing market was next to none. She was able to recommend the best areas well suited for our family. Having Mary as our realtor gave us a lot of confidence when it finally came time to making an offer on the home of our dreams. Mary did a ton of research and explained fair market values of other homes in the area. The information provided by Mary made it very easy to make a confident offer. Our offer was accepted and we couldn't be happier!! In the meantime...We had to find a short term rental while we waited for our home to be ready. Mary took this on without us even asking and found us the perfect place to rent. She even got them to accept our pets!!! This was a huge weight lifted from our shoulders while we were packing up and moving to Texas. We must have looked at over 80 homes though this process. Mary never once seemed to be frustrated or made us feel like we were a burden. Our family always felt like she genuinely cared about us finding a home that we were going to be happy with for years to come. We cannot say enough about the professionalism and kindness she expressed towards our family. Mary always went above and beyond. She exceeded all of our expectations throughout the entire process. We sincerely feel that we came to Texas looking for a realtor and found a friend. Thank you so much!!!!!

Mary is very professional. She is very knowledgeable and I always felt like I was in good hands. She knows the real estate market very well. This beach house purchase was a little more complicated because it came with existing rentals but everything went well and now I am also managing the rentals. I love my little piece of the beach!!
