Incredibly smooth. The owners are very nice and very knowledgeable. I really felt comfortable with them from the beginning. I had called 2 other roofing companies before I heard about Kirtley & Sons but after meeting with Kirtley there was no doubt in our mind who we were going to use. Will definitely be using Kirtley & Sons again. Crews were awesome and cleaned up jobsite perfect. Call these guys! Too many crooks out there in roofing but these guys are honest and trustworthy.

We got a quote from Kirtley & Sons on June 28 and they were scheduled to begin roofing on July 9, and then the rain began! Our roof was in such bad shape that during the week or two of rain, we began seeing leaks on our ceilings in the house. We called Kirtley & Sons and told them what was happening and they came out that day and patched the roof to stop the leaking in those certain spots, which worked. When the rain got down to 20% per day, they began the roofing. They were still fighting rain each day, so they would remove the old roof and put on the new roof in certain sections so that all would be dry as it was installed. It took about a week to finish because of the rain, but the roof is great looking and installed well. The yard and driveway were cleaned each day before they left, and it didn't even look like they had been there it was so clean!

We had a very bad storm that damaged our roof in our home so we called the insurance company and they sent an adjuster out to take a look. We discovered that the roof needed to be replaced so the adjuster offered us a few names and we decided on Kirtley Roofing. They did a great job. The shingles are of good quality and the roof is guaranteed for 30 years and the insurance adjuster assured us that the 9000 dollars would be covered under home insurance plan, so it really cost us nothing. Kirtley Roofing did a great job and we were pleased with their professionalism. The yard was completely cleaned up after they left.
