This is worst company I have ever dealt with. I spent over $13k on windows and none of them work. I have been calling the company for weeks and they do not return my calls. They are conmen and just a horrible experience and they need to be stopped. Please do not use this company, give great pricing because they do not install or repair anything correctly. I have filed complaints with the BBB and Texas AG.

Brian was the salesperson who came out and presented himself very professionally. There was no pressure and was easy to talk to. I chose Keystone, not because they were the least expensive, but because they explained in detail the scope of how the project was. It took 2 weeks for them to come out. The end result was above satisfactory.

Greg quoted our kitchen and did a great job. The cabinets were just installed and look great. We are happy with the color.

We had a Keystone employee named Bryan come out and give us an estimate on our ideas for a patio cover, gable style. The project is still in the beginnings with paper work and approvals, and we plan to submit another recommendation once the project is complete. However, we wanted to express how pleased we were with Bryan and his professionalism, advise and ideas for our project. We probably had at least 10 estimates prior to Bryan. We were both impressed with his presentation of the project and the company he works for. We look forward to working with him and enjoying our patio cover.

I worked with the team at Keystone on my fence and they were great. My install was done within 2 days and the communication was fantastic. So happy that I chose this company!

I signed a painting contract with Keystone on July 3, 2020, yet, as of September 21, I do not have a project start date from Keystone. Several attempts to get status have failed. Communications with Keystone is deplorable. Eleven weeks have elapsed without any explanation from Keystone.
