Kelso Konstruction

Description of Work: We contracted for a Home Repair project - $60,000.00, he also charged an additional $4524.00 for some extras, $we Paid him $52,425. in Cashiers Checks, over 80% of total and he only completed maybe 20% of work. We gave him money as he requested to purchase cabinets countertops, sinks, accessories, and for 23 windows. We never received the Cabinets, countertops, accessories, doors and windows. Not one room in the house was completed. He has not returned telephone calls, text messages, emails, nor certified letter from our attorney to date. He is a thief, Con artist, narcissist, and a overall jerk. He talks a good game, but he is a crook that we intend to file theft charges as well as file suit for misappropriation of funds and fraud.

Description of Work: Kelso Konstruction started my project and after quoting 3-4 weeks the project went into it's 3rd month of progress. Then after a 2nd payment installment to push project ahead Kelso left the project and closed down their website. They never called or responded to my calls/emails. Simply left us with a WIP at roughly 75-80% complete. Work done was also suspect. I would never use or recommend this company to anyone.
