Hired Home Energy Solutions to add insulation and a radiant barrier to our attic to help with keeping our house cool without breaking the bank with the electric bills. Sean came out, did a thorough job evaluating and let us know that we probably didnâ t need any more insulation (some needed to be rearranged) but that the radiant barrier plus an attic fan would be effective. I appreciated that he didnâ t sell me something I didnâ t need. We agreed to the job. The crew showed up on time, were very professional and went over and above on getting all the detail right to cool the attic. Before they started, our roof measured 138 degrees and the attic temp was 118 degrees. One day after they finished, the radiant barrier reads 97 degrees and the attic is 89 degrees. Job well done and I highly recommend.

Received several quotes from blown in insulation to the radiant barrier and after researching my options I knew I wanted to do the radiant barrier. I signed on the spot! The price was fair and competitive and I knew I would be happy with my decision. After he arrived to start the work, I passed through the hall and wow! what a difference the radiant barrier made, the temperature dropped several degrees and you could feel it from within the house instantly! No more extreme heat pouring from the attic into the house! Plus the ac now runs less and no more rattling from the air vents when it comes on. They made sure all vents were sealed and walked the house and filled in any holes around all the plumbing and bonus - They even wrapped my water heater. My only regret is that I should have done this much sooner.

Very happy with the Attic Temps after completion of this job.  Sean recommended installing Radiant Barrier Foil and 2 Solar Fans in the attic (I wasn't considering this before - I was looking into Additional Blow-In or Spray on Insulation in my 24 year old home).  His guys showed up on time for the job and got right to work.  They installed the Radiant Barrier (Super R Plus) and both Solar Attic Fans in a day (took most of the day).  They also found a few places in the attic that needed to be sealed with foam (between attic floor and living space) that they sealed...   I use Govee Temp/Humidity sensors to keep track of the Temps in the Attic, Outside under my Pergola, and in the Living Room inside.  They continuously log data so you can track temps/humidity over time and sync it to your Phone.  May 27th Max Outside Temp got to 91.8 - Max Attic Temp got to 119.8 (28 Degree Differential)...   Yesterday May 30th - 1st complete day after install Max Outside Temp got to 92.7 - Max Attic Temp got to 98.4   (5.7 Degree Differential!) - there were times during the day where the differential between Outside and the Attic was almost 10 Degrees, but that is much better than before.   Both Sensors were in the same place when measurements were taken.  Not sure how this will affect my Monthly Electric Bill, but it should definitely help...  My A/C Equipment, Ducts and Hot Water Heaters in the Attic won't get as hot...  Sean and his guys were professional and responsive to something that didn't look quite right to me - they adjusted it to how I wanted it.  Cost for the Job was about twice what getting Blow-In Insulation was going to cost from another company's estimate.  I'm very happy with the job and will definitely recommend to my friends and family if they need similar work done...

Wow! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company! My husband and I researched for a long time and went through many companies to find one that met our needs and was affordable. Sean has been completely accommodating since the beginning. We scheduled an appointment and in the middle of the night our baby got sick. We forgot to cancel the appointment! So when Sean showed up he was very understanding, being a family man himself, and said call him back when we were ready. When the baby was better we called back and the first thing he asked was how she was. We were blown away by the generosity. He spent well over an hour looking at our house, attic and exterior then explaining how his company could help us. Our August bill is over $400 and even in the cooler months is closer to $200. With the radiant barrier, insulation, solar fans and complete home seal we are looking to not only save money on our electric bill but lower our home insurance and add value to the house. The entire installation process took no more than 4 hours and we were able to stay comfy on the couch. I would highly recommend this company, not only because they have quality products but they are quality people.

The owner came to my house at exactly the time he stated. He explained thoroughly what he would do to help me with my problem. His price was excellent and I hired him to do the work. His employees were here the next day right on time. Sean, the owner, came and we went over all that had been done. I was extremely happy with the job AND Sean and his employees I highly recommend them.

They were very professional. They were prompt in replying to my questions. They arrived slightly before they said they would. They did an excellent job and left my home cleaner than when they arrived. I received several quotes before deciding to go with them. Not only was their quote one of the best but the quality of their product exceeded the other quotes. They came and completed the job and were gone in a short time with a great end product. The owner Sean Came out to give me a free estimate and was Very thorough and very nice. The installers came the next day and did a great job from beginning to end. I Can tell an immediate difference! It is nowhere near as hot on my second floor! I took advantage of the home advisor promotion and they did a great job on the complete home seal.
