Excellent, they are great roofers.

They did a good job and they were professional, cleaned up well, and worked quickly (it only took them 2 days).

When Anderson Roofing was pulling up to my home to give me an estimate, this guy drove up behind him, and tried to push his truck out of the way of my driveway with his own truck! They attempted this several times. When I went outside and told them to go away, that I already had a contractor and that I DID NOT want an estimate, they told me that, and quot;I WILL GET YOU LADYand quot; I then got their license plate and called the police. Later the next day, I saw them in my neighborhood and someone else told me that they were told by the driver of the truck that he was going to EGG my house because I would not hire his company! The police said that they would drive through the neighborhood everyday for a week or two and arrest them if they saw them again. I ended up hiring Anderson Restoration because Mike and Wendi (project managers) came by with the best estimate and their own engineer so that I didn't have to wait for TWIA to inspect my roof to get the Windstorm Certificate. Their Engineer inspected it on the 1 and only day that it took to remove and replace my roof, and then sent my certificate in to TWIA. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES HIRE THIS COMPANY, DON'T EVEN ASK FOR AN ESTIMATE. THEY WILL THREATEN YOU IF YOU DON'T HIRE THEM. WHAT A POOR WAY TO DO BUSINESS!

GA performed a free inspection, found damage to the roof. They then met my insurance adjuster who also inspected the roof. After the adjuster estimated damage they had a new roof installed in just a few day. Very clean and easy process.

I had my roof replaced. They did not put any insulation in and also did not do my chimney correctly. Flashing was not installed right. They did not install counter flashing. This caused leaks. During the process, I was not told that I need to cover my furniture. As a result, I had black tar on all of my walls and furniture. A window was broken. I replaced that but was never reimbursed for this. While they were here, they had a large pile of gravel outside my home. It was blocking my door so I was not able to use it. I have tried to get in contact with them to get these things corrected but I cannot get in touch with them.

The problem I had was when I tried to explain to the workmen the situation, there was only one guy who spoke English, and he wasn't always on site. He told me I had to speak to the supervisor, who wasn't there. They cut a major support on my patio roof, which caused it to sag. They fixed it, but it's not very steady. I am satisfied that I have a patio roof that doesn't leak, however.

I was impressed with their service. They gave us an estimated finish date and were done on time. The owner said they accidentally under bid the job, but he never raised the beginning estimate on us. They stayed true to the price they quoted us. I like the timing of how they did the roof. They did fast work and cleaned up after themselves.
