Fix My Slab

I waited a little over a year to rate b/c I had another company come prior to Fix my slab. Just after a year of having my foundation repaired my foundation failed. I did not use them again. Fix my Slab fixed my foundation and my foundation is still straight. I live in the Woodlands Texas, my house was built over the Big Barn Fault line. I know my foundation will never be completely straight forever but Ty put crawl spaces under my foundation for further repair if should need one. I AM VERY SATISFIED

I waited 6 months to write this review to make sure that there would not be any problems and there have not been any that I can see. We hired Fixmyslab to do interior foundation work. I also at the same time had another foundation company doing warranty work on the outside and both companies scheduled to work at the same time. Fixmyslab actually came with only 2 days notice. All the work was done professionally and actually placed more pilings without a price increase. Their pricing was fantastically lower than the competition and the quality of work was on or above par. I would certainly recommend them to anyone that needs work done.

Everyone with this company whom I dealt with did a fantastic job from start to finish. Jodi in the office answered all my questions and was professional and proficient in calling me back when necessary. LJ the engineer was on time and knew exactly what needed to be done and was my go to when I had questions as the work was going on. The foreman and lead of the team performing the work did a great job of getting things done and done right and left my property in pristine shape. Overall an A+ experience with Fix My Slab!

I have not had time to rate this company. They were here such a short time to install 8 piers that I wonder about what really happened. Only time will tell.

They said all was fine and did not recommend any new piers. My deviation was -.4 from his zero setting. Okay;).

Ty is hands on. His foreman is amazing. The foreman answered all questions...asked me if I need explanation of what was going on and made sure I looked in each hole dug to see the piles that were installed. Another company that I won't mention was offering 15 piles to correct my 2300 sq ft house. Ty corrected my home installing 36 piles for $2400 less. Thanks...and your foreman is definitely a asset to your company.

Fix My Slab was amazing! No one wants to deal with foundation repair but these guys made the process as easy as possible and we are more than impressed with every aspect of their company. From the first phone call with Candy to schedule, to Ty coming out and taking his time to sit down with us and go over everything and answer our questions, to the incredible hard workers on their crew. The guys were right on time and finished our entire project in 2 days. (They even took their shoes off every time they had to come in to do measurements.) We had immediate and noticeable improvements. Our doors close smoothly and the locks work easier and the gaps in our tile floor and expansion joint closed. I highly recommend Fix My Slab to anyone that is in need of foundation work. Ty's prices are very fair for the hard work these guys do and it was worth every penny! Phenomenal customer service. Only company I've ever researched with a AAA+ BBB rating and no negatives! Crew arrived on time, very professional. Jack hammer work all done on one day - a plus for my cats. Yea!!! I was impressed with the speed and efficiency of the crew. The supervisor kept me advised at all times. Everything was cleaned up before the crew left, all doors had been checked and fixed.
