Mr. Stricklin was prompt to his appointment, he reviewed clearly what was needed. Once the contract was signed, his crew was out the next day, he phoned me to let me know they were there working, updated me on the activity. Completed all the work in a timely manner. Walked us thru the house, remeasured everything. We're good to go, I feel completely confident we can sell this house with pease of mind. The crew was extremely careful and respectful with the property and Ty was there the whole time to supervise the process, especially at the final lift. The result came out very well. TDS completed project on schedule and on budget. They repaired the foundation of a rental house in Waller County with minimum inconvenience to the tenants and no additional repairs required. Other foundation companies' quotes included extensive repair work to the interior of the house following leveling of the foundation. I would use their services again if my other properties need repair.
