+ 7 moreAll work was excellent and Erin and Sean also paid attention to details. They took the time to order special parts for the grill that were missing from original order. I don’t think there is anything that E and S Remodeling Services can’t do. They also have referrals if needed. I am so glad my husband found these people this company and I highly recommend them.
Description of Work: They completely reinstalled a new barbecue patio area for me after they removed the old seats and counters. This included re-texturing and staining the patio pavers to match the existing and putting in the grill, side burner, sink, Komodo and granite countertops, and redoing the brick surround. They also put in new electrical outlets and connected the flow of natural gas from BBQ to the fire pit. They installed two new patio ceiling fans and replaced the back door and put in outlet covers. Inside they replaced my garbage disposal, refinished my front door, put in new ceiling lighting in dining room and patched and painted all rooms including areas of baseboards and crown moulding. Sean and Erin also replaced my front porch light fixtures and my front door handle and deadbolts. I also had them rekey all doors to same keys. They also fid outside yard work by trimming trees and hauling off all branches as well as all trash from remodeling.

I have referred them to work on two of my clients' homes what were being fixed up to be sold or rented. They are very handy and have done drywall work, cabinetry, hung doors, fixed ceilings, added doors, put down a subfloor, replaced and repaired toilets, hung ceiling fans, painted the inside and outside of the homes plus so much more! I have also had them do work for my Dad and one of my personal friends. I would surely not use them as a real estate agent or refer them to my family if they were not the BEST! They are also two of the sweetest and most genuine people. You can't help be really like them. They are very honest and have a great work ethic. I would highly recommend Sean and Erin for any of your handyman needs and beyond for sure!

I liked as we were building the contractor would point out area for improvement that were safety related, structural related not noted in bid or upon early inspection, this is going to save money and time in the future since the project are now totally complete.
